With the theme of "Hand in Hand, Seek Common Development", the fair focused on the comprehensive development and utilization of The Twin Lakes Brine Worm Eggs (hereinafter referred to as "Tibet Brine Worm") in Tibet and built a platform for in-depth cooperation in domestic marine fisheries. Li Shumin, first-level inspector of the Fisheries and Fisheries Administration Bureau of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Gao Qingying, deputy director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Guangdong Province, Liang Nanyu, deputy secretary general of the Nagqu Municipal Party Committee of Tibet and deputy secretary of the Shuanghu County CPC Committee, and about 100 representatives of industry associations, aquatic seedling enterprises, and Tibet brine egg brand enterprises were invited to attend the meeting. It is understood that brine worms, also known as harvest worms, salt bugs or harvest shrimp. Halogen eggs are small and nutritious and have long been used as an important open bait for seawater seedlings. Due to the limited production area and production, the supply exceeds the demand for a long time. Shuanghu County is located in the hinterland of the Changtang Plateau, with an area of 116,700 square kilometers, a population of 14,000 and an average altitude of 5,000 meters, making it the highest county in the world. The average annual temperature is -5 °C, and the cold is cold and hypoxic. Shuanghu halogen eggs are rich in carotenoids, riboflavin, albumin, high unsaturated fatty acids and other nutrients, with the natural stratification of egg shells and larvae, hatching rate of up to 95%, no need to add chemical reagents, no pollution, no viruses and other advantages, is an excellent total nutrition edible resource for aquatic fry.
The Shuanghu Brine Egg Deep Processing Project is a demonstration project of scientific and technological assistance to Tibet, supported by ocean university of China and Yantai University, to carry out resource investigation, biological characteristics research, functional food development, etc. Liang Nanyu, deputy secretary general of the Nagqu Municipal CPC Committee and deputy secretary of the Shuanghu County CPC Committee in Tibet, pointed out that Shuanghu County, Tibet, has a high altitude, low temperature, and sparsely populated land, and the extreme natural environment has bred the best halogen egg resources, and the halogen egg industry has become one of the main sources of income for the county's finances and herdsmen.

Professor Sui Liying of the College of Marine and Environmental Science and Environment of Tianjin University of Science and Technology made a keynote speech to introduce the nutritional characteristics of Tibetan brine insects and their application in aquatic seedlings. She said that the world's four major brine insect production areas are the United States Great Salt Lake, Russia and Central Asia Salt Lake, Chinese mainland Salt Lake and Bohai Bay Salt Field, Tibet, different origins of halogen insect strain characteristics are very different, on the one hand, Tibet halogen insect egg diameter is large, larvae grow, individual dry weight is high, its size is 30% larger than ordinary brine insects; on the other hand, from the appearance, Tibet halogen insect color is dark, orange-red, which is related to the high carotenoids contained in it. Professor Sui Liying's team applied Tibetan brine insects to the vannabin shrimp standard coarse, vannabin shrimp nursery, grouper nursery, experiments proved that compared with other strains of brine worms, Tibetan brine worms can significantly improve the survival rate, hulling rate, muscle quality, immunity, nutritional value of shrimp, grouper fry that have ingested Tibetan brine worms also show higher emergence rate, body length and weight. "Most marine animals lack or have limited ability to synthesize HUFAs and need to be supplemented from bait (feed). Tibetan brine worms can meet the demand for HUFA (especially EPA) of some marine economic aquatic animals (such as marine fish, shrimp, crabs). Sui Liying concluded that Tibet halogen worm protein and fat content is high, is the highest EPA and DHA content of the natural halogen worm strains found so far, and the Tibetan halogen worm is large, in the need for large halogen larva feeding seedling stage (such as shrimp standard coarse stage), feeding Tibetan brine worm can improve energy utilization.

(wholly state-owned) reached a cooperation in the procurement of Halogen Eggs in Tibet, with a signed amount of 25 million yuan.
