Chang Li listed research-related policies from 2017 to 2020. On September 25, 2017, the Ministry of Education issued the "Curriculum Outline for Comprehensive Practical Activities for Primary and Secondary School Students", which pointed out that it is necessary to take the study tour as an important part of the comprehensive practice activities, and clarify the positioning of the study trip - an important part of the basic education curriculum system; on November 20, 2017, the Ministry of Education issued the "First Batch of "National Research and Practice Education Bases or Camps for Primary and Secondary School Students" Publicity List", officially announcing the research and study travel demonstration base.

Li Chang stressed that the study tour needs compound talents, that is, a professional and multi-functional talent, and in the development of courses based on the principles of autonomy, practice, openness, integration and continuity, we should also pay attention to diversity and the times. In the design of the study curriculum, it is necessary to deal with the relationship between the preset and generation of the activity course, the activity course and the subject course, the activity course and the special education, and pay attention to highlighting the value point, finding the entry point, grasping the excitement point, and stimulating the emotional point in the theme design.

Li Chang also introduced the standards of the research base and camp, and suggested that in the organization of research and learning activities, it is necessary to formulate a plan according to the three time periods before, during and after the trip, and the overall plan of the study trip should be determined with school leaders and teachers before the trip, and at the same time, it is also necessary to communicate with the parent committee and parents, and carry out pre-departure education for students; the line includes safety work, course implementation, teacher guidance, realistic records, and the establishment of file bags; the post-trip work includes activity summary, course summary, course evaluation, and achievement display.
