Yunnan Tourism (002059.SZ) announced that on September 29, 2021, the board of directors of the company received the written resignation report of Ms. Zhou Kejun, Mr. Mao Xinli, Mr. Lu Yaqun, Mr. Guo Jin, the deputy general manager of the company, and Mr. Tang Haicheng, the company's financial director, due to work changes, Ms. Zhou Kejun, Mr. Mao Xinli, Mr. Lu Yaqun and Mr. Guo Jin resigned as deputy general managers of the company, and Mr. Tang Haicheng resigned as the company's financial director. After his resignation, Ms. Zhou Kejun, Mr. Mao Xinli and Mr. Tang Haicheng did not hold any positions in the Company and its subsidiaries, Mr. Lu Yaqun still held other positions in the subsidiaries of the Company, and Mr. Guo Jin continued to serve as the secretary of the Board of Directors of the Company.

At the 23rd meeting of the 7th Board of Directors held on September 30, 2021, the Company deliberated and passed the "Proposal on the Appointment of the Deputy General Manager of the Company" and the "Proposal on the Appointment of the Financial Controller of the Company", and decided to appoint Mr. Xia Mo as the Deputy General Manager of the Company and Ms. Li Lei as the Financial Controller of the Company. The term of office of the above-mentioned personnel shall be from the date of the resolution of the Board of Directors to the date of expiration of the seventh term of the Board of Directors.
