According to the design, more than 440 LED solar street lights should be installed on the 12.2 km section. The party branches of the five villages along the line, Nameou, Didou, Dongping, Dengzhai and Takun strengthened their sense of homeland, took the initiative to provide suggestions and suggestions for the construction of street lamps, and invested in labor; the village planted and raised large households and the township sages took the lead in supporting the construction of the project.

After the two township sages Pan Gangsen and Liu Xuefeng, who were engaged in the jade industry in Sihui, learned of the construction project of street lamps in their hometowns, they each took the initiative to donate 30,000 yuan.
