"Poverty alleviation is a new challenge for me." One uncertainty after another made the first secretaries of the poor villages drum in their hearts, and no one dared to take the initiative to apply for this "welfare".
"Harvesting wheat and cutting corn all rely on labor, and now there are conditions to realize agricultural modernization, why not?" While handling the application procedures for agricultural machinery, Li Yan began to study the "Cooperative Law" and the relevant documents on the use of poverty alleviation funds, from the implementation of the main body to the distribution of shares, the mode of operation, from independent use, leasing services to entrusted operation, he ran to the government units and enterprises in many counties and cities in Kashgar region to learn experience.
"To make good use of agricultural machinery and use it, we must rely on enterprises with experience and strength." In this way, at the end of 2018, with the support of an agricultural material company in Shache County, the "New Silk Road" agricultural machinery cooperative in Kuosh Erik Village was established, the enterprise injected start-up capital, and poor households became shareholders.
From spring ploughing to autumn harvest, tractors, loaders, plow rakes, wheat harvesters and corn harvesters of the "New Silk Road" have become a landscape in the rural fields. When farmers are busy, they help villagers do farm work, and when farmers are idle, they contract some engineering projects in surrounding townships, and the "New Silk Road" agricultural machinery cooperative operates in an orderly manner.

Abdul Reshiti Tohuti, 21, earns his family's income mainly on 4 acres of land and migrant workers. At the age of 16, he dropped out of school and worked as a security guard in the village, using his meager income to provide for the education of his two younger sisters. With the help of the team in the village, he and the villagers changed into brand new oil worker costumes and were trained to become oil geophysical prospectors.

Under the coordination of the Traffic Police Corps of the Autonomous Region Public Security Department, the village-based task force of Koshi Erik Village has continuously deepened cooperation with oil geophysical exploration enterprises.
