Before the official start of the activity, the vice principal and planner of the school put forward the main purpose of the activity: to implement the school development plan as the goal, enrich the amateur life of the school's teaching staff, promote the tacit understanding and exchange of the teacher team, enhance the cohesion of the school, and create a relaxed and pleasant working environment.
At the end of the busy week, everyone wanted to relax and be happy, and the organizers carefully designed many collective activities with high participation and small difficulty coefficients, and the participation of the teachers present was very high.
In the morning, the people present were divided into 3 groups, each designing a team name, team training, team emblem, team song, team dance, etc., the preparation time was only about ten minutes, under the strength of the team, each team showed its own style. The coach taught everyone to practice the rabbit dance, find team members according to requirements, tacitly pass the team members, etc., and the rhythm that does not fit will be punished for the on-site small program for everyone's entertainment. In the afternoon, the "strongest brain" was carried out four times, and the first group of team members relied on the team leader to use methods to find strategies and finally win the game. Finally, the event ended with the "Power Circle Paddle Dance", where everyone supported the three female team members to walk a circle on the rope.
