On October 15, Pingshan District held a meeting to promote the work of creating a national civilized city to meet inspections. The national civilized city is the highest honor for the comprehensive development of a city, and it is also the city brand with the highest gold content. The Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government attach great importance to this, and we must further enhance our position, unify our thinking, complete the inspection work with high standards, and submit a satisfactory answer sheet to the Municipal Party Committee and municipal government. Our district is the only provincial civilized urban area in the city, for two consecutive years won the title of provincial civilized urban area, we must have a higher degree of attention to this evaluation, all streets and departments and units should really bear the indicators, really take responsibility, and work together to pass the evaluation.
The second is to further grasp the implementation of the work. It is necessary to comprehensively understand the assessment system, master the assessment rules, and accurately carry out work. It is necessary to adhere to the problem orientation, strictly follow the "Work Manual for Creating a National Civilized City" and the "Inspection Manual", compare each item item by item, make good use of the time of the next week, increase the intensity of work, take the initiative to accept responsibility for the shortcomings, easy to rebound, and difficult problems that exist in the creation, conscientiously check and fill in the gaps, vigorously grasp the implementation of rectification and reform, and ensure that all work is done in detail before the provincial evaluation team is stationed. It is necessary to proceed from the overall situation of the work of creating a city, actively coordinate, promote it in accordance with the mode of territorial management, and take the solution of problems as the ultimate goal.
The third is to further strengthen supervision and assessment. At present, the work of creating a city has been incorporated into the performance appraisal system of the whole district, which is an important basis for the year-end appraisal. The District Innovation City Office and the Supervision Office should continue to adhere to the problem orientation, increase the intensity of guidance, coordination, supervision and inspection, and conduct high-density, multi-round supervision and inspection of the performance of duties, promotion of work, and completion of tasks, and regularly report to achieve supervision and reform, and supervision to promote implementation.
