Lu Weiqun, deputy to the district people's congress, member of the standing committee of the district people's congress, vice chairman of the Baoshan District Committee of the Peasants' and Workers' Party, and deputy head of the law enforcement brigade of the district agricultural committee, suggested that in the process of building public sports facilities, it is necessary to pay attention to the balance between regions, improve the work mechanism, increase the guarantee of funds, accelerate the information construction of public sports facilities, build a sports wisdom platform, and establish a basic database of sports facilities, venues, event activities, and fitness guidance.
