The Focus Research Institute released the evaluation results of "Top 20 Communication Power of Beijing Real Estate Enterprises in September 2021". The evaluation results were evaluated by the Focus Research Institute on the public opinion performance of the housing enterprises in Beijing that have obtained the pre-sale license for commercial housing, sold commercial housing and actually completed the project, and finally obtained their communication performance and related indices in September 2021.

The second place on the list was Beijing Zhuzong Group, up one place from the previous month. Its representative project of the month is Haidian Happiness Li, jointly developed by 5 housing enterprises such as Zhuzong and China Resources, the project is located in Haidian New District, surrounded by Baidu, Huawei and other well-known enterprises, the project opened in October 2020, the average price is 83,000 yuan / square meter, the project is mainly three-room and four-room units, 157 sets of transactions in September, the transaction amount is 1.654 billion yuan, the sales performance is good for two consecutive months, and the communication intensity ranks second.

Sunac China ranked third in the list, from the fourth place last month to the third place, according to Sunac China's 2021 annual report data, its projects are mainly distributed in first- and second-tier cities, with a total of 964 property projects, and the equity soil storage area is 164 million square meters, ranking the forefront among the top 100 housing enterprises, and these soil reserves are mainly distributed in the Yangtze River Delta Pearl River Delta and other 5 metropolitan areas. Its representative project in Beijing in September is Chang'an Yuexi, which is located in the Lugu Plate of Shijingshan Mountain, between the Fourth Ring Road and the Garden Expo Park. The main unit type is a three-bedroom and four-bedroom project, the average price is 80,000 yuan / square meter, mainly facing the improvement of customers, opened in late August, september cumulative sales of 28 sets, the transaction amount of 325 million yuan.
