Recently, the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanda University organized the selection and commendation of the first "Lide Tree Pacesetter", the "Top Ten Teaching Pacesetters" in 2021, and the "Outstanding Young Teachers" in 2021. For a long time, Li Min has always maintained the true character of a Communist Party member in his work, study, and life, and with the pursuit of excellence in medical education and the persistent pursuit of education, he has bravely forged ahead without complaint or regret.

Since she was admitted to the hospital, she has never forgotten the heavy responsibility of being a teacher, adhering to the principle of "building people with virtue" and putting moral education in the first place in education work. When nurturing students, she stressed the need to be patient-centered, often using her own experience of suffering from illness, and teaching her classmates the true meaning of the phrase "sometimes to cure, often to help, always to comfort". When students encounter financial difficulties, she pays for them to tide over the difficulties; when students encounter ideological confusion, she will solve their worries in time to help build confidence in life; when students make mistakes, she will criticize them severely and actively guide them to make the right choices.

As a teacher, she assiduously studied the business and explored new teaching methods. In the process of teaching, she pays attention to cultivating students' abilities and learning habits in various ways, continuously improves the quality of teaching, and the courses taught have won the provincial first-class course, the teaching quality award of Nanchang University, the first prize of teaching achievements of Nanchang University, etc.; she has guided students to win the second prize of the National Clinical Skills Competition for College Students of Higher Medical Colleges and Universities, the special prize of the East China Division, and the first prize of the first college emergency care competition in Jiangxi Province.

As a medical education administrator, she strives to build a national clinical teaching and training demonstration center for hospitals, adheres to the reform of education and teaching, and strives to provide teaching services for clinical teachers and students. After several years of hard work, the enthusiasm of teachers in the college to participate in teaching reform has been greatly improved, the number of teaching achievements has continued to grow, and a number of outstanding teachers who love their posts and dedicate themselves to their work have emerged.
