On July 23, 2021, the Sixth Session of the First People's Congress of Zhalainuoer District of Hulunbuir City elected Feng Xiufen as the chief procurator of the People's Procuratorate of Zhalainuoer District. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Organic Law of the People's Republic of China on Local People's Congresses at All Levels and Local People's Governments at All Levels, the chief procurator of the Hulunbuir City People's Procuratorate was submitted to the Standing Committee of the Hulunbuir City People's Congress for approval.
