Bulgada is Mongolian, meaning "holy mountain", also known as "Suyaraji Mountain", "Ebugen Mountain" and so on. It is located at the northwestern junction of the Horqin Right Wing Qianqi of the Xing'an League and the northeastern junction of the Uzumuqin Banner of the Xilin Gol League, bordering the Mongolian People's Republic.
There is a cluster of "rescue reds", stationed here, guarding this forest sea, they are the commanders and fighters of the Baogda Mountain Garrison Detachment of the Forest Fire Brigade of the Xilingol League Forest Fire Brigade, and they walk through the green water and green mountains. That "rescue red" is particularly striking under the reflection of the bright sun.
The forest farm is located in the transition zone from forest to grassland, forest vegetation dominates, and the main natural trees in the territory are black birch, birch, aspen and so on. The total land area of the forest farm is 1.193 million mu, of which 1.025 million mu is forestry land, accounting for 86% of the total area, the forest land area is 304,000 mu, the total forest accumulation is 1.434 million cubic meters, and the forest cover rate is 26.5%. There are 285,700 mu of national key public welfare forests.
As a professional force for fire prevention and fire extinguishing stationed in forest areas, since the implementation of the front garrison task in September, the commanders and fighters of the garrison detachment have gone deep into the forest areas to carry out fire prevention propaganda, armor patrols, fire inspections and other services to build a solid ecological safety barrier in the forest areas. In view of the fact that there is a lot of vegetation in forest farms, increase the intensity of fire prevention publicity, scientifically organize and rationally divide labor, publicize the common sense of forest fire prevention to the masses, expand the impact of fire prevention publicity, and reduce forest fire hazards from the source. At the same time, the organization of personnel to carry out a detailed survey of the terrain, roads, and surrounding environment of the forest area, and adopt methods such as fixed-point guarding, armor patrol, and card inspection in key road sections and forest areas, timely stop illegal people entering the mountain, vehicles and illegal field fires, strictly control the source of fire, and eliminate fire hazards in a timely manner. In addition, the squadron also strengthened communication with the forestry authorities such as the state-owned forest farm on Baogda Mountain, and ensured the absolute safety of forest resources in the forest farm by strengthening fire prevention supervision, joint prevention and joint training, strict control of fire sources, scenic spot inspections, and fire drills.
The implementation of front-line garrisoning is to maximize the benefits of "prevention", move the fire prevention position of the team forward, strengthen military training and combat readiness, situation analysis, information sharing, full-time patrol and monitoring of fires in forest areas, ensure rapid response in case of situations, and minimize the loss of forest resources. The squadron leader introduced: "Baogeda Mountain Forest Farm is not only a national forest farm, but also one of the key defense areas of the Inner Mongolia Forest Fire Brigade. The implementation of front-line garrison is a concrete practice based on the functional positioning of 'one main and two auxiliaries', and is also a specific measure to comprehensively test the cross-regional mobility ability, emergency rescue ability and self-support ability of the team. ”
