His various actions have indicated that he is not willing to "play" with the mainstream society, but wants to establish a "United States" in Africa and be the unique boss of Africa.
Obviously, no country in the Five Permanents wants this to happen. First, every country has its own interests in Africa, and if it all belongs to the madman Gaddafi, then its own interests must be damaged; second, if Qaddafi's dream is really realized, it will threaten the European countries.

If there is still hope of survival, who wants their homeland to be reduced to the ruins of war? Gaddafi used his own practical actions to prove that dictators do not have a good end.
There are many conspiracy theorists in the country, and there are many admirers of Gaddafi, but what is there to admire as a dictator? Just because he's an anti-American fighter? But he has a lot of behavior, all of which are moving closer to the United States, but the United States is not willing to accept it.
If those so-called "fans" of Gaddafi are allowed to live in Libya under his rule, I believe it will not be long before they regret their original ignorance.
Third, Qaddafi touched on the fundamental interests of the five permanents. In addition to Russia, the five permanent powers are all very large importers of crude oil. And Qaddafi wants to use oil to choke the fate of other countries, and ask which country can accept it.
The rise in crude oil prices has a lot of benefits for Russia, but it is also unwilling to be led by the nose of this small country.
All in all, Qaddafi's actions were unpopular, and for a long time he was an enemy of the whole people.
Both the people under his rule and the nationals of other countries who are constantly threatened hate him to the bone. Therefore, he can also be regarded as a dead man, and there is no need to pity him.
