First, the personality becomes extroverted. In the past, one person did not think too much about doing things, and now they will consider the influence of the team before making decisions, and they have more ideas and are more mature.
Secondly, I communicate and interact with everyone in the group every day, and watch the team grow step by step, which is very rewarding. At the same time, I have also been exploring and leading the team to a higher "step", I now feel more like an auxiliary, members have needs to try to help them to complete, but also feel that these white hats are really energetic, come on, the future belongs to you.
