On July 18, Xiong'an Country Park opened for trial operation.
Xiong'an Country Park is located on the north side of Rongdong Area, the south side of The South Juma River and the west side of Jingxiong Expressway in Xiong'an New Area, with a total area of 26,200 mu, which is one of the "nine pieces" in the ecological pattern of "one lake, three belts, nine pieces and multiple corridors" in Xiong'an New Area. As a green ecological gateway in the north of Xiong'an New Area, the country park can play a role in the ecological barrier and water conservation of large-scale woodland, reflecting the functions of natural vitality and leisure and recreation. The overall terrain of the park is high in the north and low in the south, and it makes full use of the camping techniques such as water management, hill raising, hidden construction, and round realm, which is a beautiful ecological picture full of Chinese style, innovative fashion and regional customs.
The xiong'an main stadium is designed with the concept of "earth ambition", which is viewed from the air like a green heart, affecting the entire country park. 14 urban exhibition gardens with different theme functions "one garden and one scene", with the East Lake as the core, forming a group-type spatial structure of "one lake and four pieces", with the layout of red theme pavilions - Shijiazhuang Garden, Luyuan - Chengde Garden, Gymnasium - Zhangjiakou Garden, Oceanarium - Qinhuangdao Garden, Ecological Garden Hotel - Tangshan Garden, Culture and Art Museum - Langfang Garden, Guoxue Hall - Baoding Garden, Wushu Hall - Cangzhou Garden, Music and Art Museum - Hengshui Garden, Traditional Chinese Medical Hall - Xingtai Garden, Chinese Garden Hotel - Handan Garden, Science and Technology Museum - Xiong'an Garden, Porcelain Art Museum - Dingzhou Garden, Children's Carnival - Xinji Garden, each exhibition garden not only has its own characteristics, but also organizes a group into a scenery and reflects each other.
The park is composed of 14 pieces of urban forest, each with a scale of 600-1500 acres, afforestation to "suitable for the land, trees, frugal afforestation" as the principle, "large forest and small garden" as the construction direction, to "afforestation on the piece, local finishing touch" as the design technique, and strive to create a landscape garden that coexists with the city. Here, each plant configuration is based on local tree species, pay attention to color collocation, to achieve three seasons of flowers, four seasons of green, autumn and winter, throughout the year to provide tourists with a beautiful and harmonious natural environment and a cultural landscape with ornamental value.
Xiong'an Country Park practices the concept of "planting greenery first, building a city later", adopts the "co-construction" model, and jointly builds with the strength of the whole province under the overall leadership of the Hebei Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government. In accordance with the principle of "unified overall planning, unified quality standards, municipal responsibility for each piece, and step-by-step implementation", organized by the Provincial Forestry and Grassland Bureau and the New District Management Committee, under the overall planning of the general planner unit, the landscape architecture design team of each city designed, focusing on a blueprint, which not only ensures the diversity of design styles, but also ensures the unity of the overall structure, and from the planning and construction in 2019 to the present, the work goal of "ensuring progress, promoting coordination and high quality" has been achieved.
