When I first arrived in Daofu, the poor office environment was my first impression, and after in-depth understanding, I found that the lack of ability to serve the masses and serve the overall situation made the superior departments and leaders have a lot of opinions on the work of the court, and the people were not very satisfied with the court, at that time we were really "surviving in the cracks", on the one hand, the growing litigation needs of the people, and the other side was the lack of backward hardware and software facilities and service capabilities. If you don't even have a qualified office environment, let alone do a good job. To give everyone a good office environment, this is the first task I give myself, and it is also a solemn commitment to everyone. Finally, with the care and help of the higher courts, under the care and support of the county party committee and government, and through the unremitting efforts of the cadres and policemen of the whole court, in 2016, we moved into a new office building, and the hardware and software facilities quickly became one of the most popular in the state, and the corresponding thing was that our work was thriving, the higher departments and leaders were more and more affirmative of the work of the court, the mental outlook of the cadres and policemen was increasingly improved, the people were more satisfied with the work of the court, and the Daofu court became a "business card" for the construction of the rule of law in Daofu County. The road to pursuing my dreams is getting wider and wider – and I am proud to be a member of the Dof Court.

Together, we have faced too many difficulties, and the battle to deal with major natural disasters, poverty alleviation, stability maintenance and comprehensive management, and the prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia epidemic is difficult and extremely difficult. But with so many difficulties, we have faced them together, suffered together, worked together, tackled difficulties and broken problems together, and overcome one difficulty after another in our unremitting struggle. Especially in the prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia epidemic at the beginning of last year, I was deeply moved, and I deeply felt that the cadres and policemen of the Daofu court were particularly able to fight, take special responsibility, have special feelings, and have the courage to overcome any difficulties without being overwhelmed by any difficulties, which is worthy of the backbone of Daofu's development.
This hot land of Daofu has deeply nourished me, spurred me on, achieved me, and benefited me for life, I salute this great land from the bottom of my heart, and it is the honor of my life to serve the people of Daofu for more than eight years.
"I don't know what to do, I always go deeper", and the feelings of the big family of the Daofu Court can be described by such a sentimental statement, as a "parent", I am really trying my best, I am an ordinary person, there are also the bitterness and pain of ordinary people, I will sleep all night when I encounter problems, and I will dance when I get praise, but the positioning of my duties makes me have to always maintain rational thinking, even too much emotional expression is a luxury, and now I can finally temporarily put down the burden and grow a breath, Then I sincerely told you: These eight years, really tired, but I am extremely fulfilled and happy.
Along the way, unfortunately, many beautiful plans have not yet taken shape, and many promises to cadres and policemen have not yet been realized... If I could start over, I would still choose Daofu, choose you, and choose the path of chasing my dreams with you. Looking back on the years of Daofu, we must solemnly thank and apologize to all the cadres and policemen: thank you for the trust you have always had, thank you for the sparing efforts of all people to fight side by side, thank you for your infinite care and support, understanding and tolerance... These will become the most valuable assets for me for the rest of my life.
The place of peace of mind is my hometown! Family, even if they are far away from the end of the world, but the line in the heart will never break, And the Daofu Court will always be my eternal home. After leaving Daofu, I will serve in the Yajiang Court, so I am glad to be separated from everyone, not a complete farewell, on the same front, we still have a lot of intersection, The Daofu Court needs, I will definitely do my best.
