Put 20g of baby porridge (or rice) in the rice cooker, add 300ml of water and put it in the rice cooker to cook rice porridge. PS: If you want to make the finished product refreshing and not turbid, it is best to boil a white porridge base in advance, which can be used in a rice cooker, or you can use a casserole, a small stew pot, a soup pot and so on. Use the method that is usually more familiar, and the water should be added a little more appropriately, because various ingredients will be added to it later, and the water will appear to be very thick.

Bring the appropriate amount of water to a boil in a pot, remove the roots of the mushrooms, and blanch them in a pot. PS: Some babies don't like to eat shiitake mushrooms, and may not like the taste of shiitake mushrooms, so I will blanch the shiitake mushrooms with hot water to remove the odor of the shiitake mushrooms.

After blanching the mushrooms, cut them into a size acceptable to the baby, and if the big baby eats it, it can be cut into larger pieces and cut into thin slices. If it is eaten by a small baby, the mushrooms can be cut into thin strips or then cut into cubes.

In addition to causing astringency, oxalic acid will also affect the absorption of calcium, so when adults or children eat bamboo shoots, they must blanch water to remove oxalic acid.
