I have heard the origin of Renhua Baimao tea before, it is said that there are two brothers, making tea, and then the two of them choose an excellent one from the descendants of a certain tea tree, and introduce it to Renhua cultivation, which is now Danxia No. 1 and Danxia No. 2 tea tree. And this origin variety is - Lechang white hair tea tree.
Lechang Baimao Tea, as one of the two indigenous varieties of native tea trees in Guangdong, has been low-key for too long.
In the past two years, I feel that renhua white hair tea is still OK. And this also made me more interested in the Lechang baimao tea from which it originated.
Last year, I once asked our old director where to go to see Lechang Baimao Tea, and he told me that it was in the yánxī mountain. What the? Yan Xishan? Is this thing related to Yan Laoxi? I asked him with a confused face that it was not a person's name, and he even said that the last time he used Cantonese to make sense, it turned out to be along the creek and the mountain. Hahaha. However, I think my thinking is no problem, the main road of transportation, or the hometown of Xue Yue, a famous general of the National Army, I don't think it is strange that there is really a farm in the Republic of China so far.
In February this year, we went to Yanxi Mountain in advance, when the peach trees and pear trees were in bloom, the scenery at that time was quite romantic, and we also took the opportunity to explore the road in advance.

Our destination is along the creek mountain and the town of Dayuan next to it. The ecological environment along the creek mountain we have known since the last time we explored the road, there are no buildings and industries on the mountain, only tea farms, forest farms, water plants and some villages, all rely on the sky to eat. If nothing else, the green tea brewed in the mountain spring water over there is incomparably sweet, which is really a natural advantage.
Lechang City is located in the northernmost part of Guangdong, under Shaoguan, next to Chenzhou, Hunan, we added the back May Day to Hunan this year, a total of three times, each time is a high-speed two hours. It takes another hour to get off the highway to Yanxishan, not far from Lechang City, and the road conditions are OK, so it is not difficult to walk.
Directly to the sales office of YanxiShan Tea Farm, a row of houses in the style of the 70s and 80s appeared in front of the eyes, the original Yanxishan and our Yingde Tea Farm were established in the 50s, and they were once the tea production areas inspected by Secretary Tao Zhu, but it was indeed that Yingde developed better.
Walking to the small store, an uncle warmly welcomed us, tried the spring tea of one bud and one leaf green tea, one bud two leaf green tea and black tea, the tea strip full of white, quite charming. Fresh and sweet, sweet back with sweetness, and no green taste, full of spring flavor, as green tea, really this taste is impeccable.
The price is also more appropriate, so we decisively took two kinds of green tea.
In the process of talking with the uncle, we learned that there was a tea garden in the back mountain with different varieties of tea trees, so we went to see it, and it was true. At least dozens of varieties of tea trees from all over the country, planted on the slope, look at this method, as I learned later, should be planted with tea seeds when breeding in the 1950s and 1960s.
Then we went to a nearby tea factory to visit, looked at their production, the machinery is basically more modern, some are quite advanced, the amount of daily production is not small.
But here is an interesting detail, we asked if we can try it, the receptionist came to say: sorry, the warehouse key is lost. This crappy excuse makes you want to laugh at the thought of it, excellent. Since people are so embarrassed, let's withdraw.
We went to Jiufeng Town to eat an authentic farmhouse dish, and then we were ready to go to Dayuan Town.
Dayuan Town is not far away, but none of us are familiar with it, so we directly and rudely search for "tea" in the most brutal way. Come out with an address, well, just navigate that!
In the process of going to the navigation address, we also gradually saw other small tea factories and tea gardens, did not say, wait for the next plate of it!
This bumpy and bumpy road is really not easy to drive, but the driving skills of A diao, the little prince of the mountain road, are really hard enough.
After more than twenty minutes, I arrived at the navigation point. Our old rules, simple and rude, call the door directly. An uncle came out, who seemed to be the director of the factory, and he took us downstairs to try tea.
Compared with the previous factory, the equipment here is relatively primitive, and the tiles and wood withering grooves have a very good feeling. We asked the director to try the local soil species, and he took us to his warehouse to see.
Originally the local indigenous tea varieties they called along the tea. I picked a tea tree on the side of the road and looked at it, and the white on the fresh leaves was indeed visible to the naked eye, and even the stems were grown a lot. The tea in this house is relatively high in flames, so the freshness is worse. However, it still carries the sweet fragrance unique to the variety with a slight fragrance, and it is also good to return to sweetness.
However, the director of the factory is an honest man, he said that his tea is collected by the boss, he is only responsible for making it, he does not dare to sell us, and tells us to go to the boss to buy it. So, you can drink, but don't dare to sell. I have to say that it is really simple and kind, so we are not embarrassed by him.
Following the navigation all the way, we saw two places that looked like tea factories, so we tried them one by one, basically trying their tea along, and finally Adio received some tea in one of the factories.
Pristine mountain, pristine environment, with pristine mountain spring water, taste original tea. This is probably a kind of tribute to the most important festival of Qingming tea.
