method:
1. Roll the puff pastry into a roll and pick up 12 small doses. Press the dough by hand into a dough crust, wrap it in bean paste filling, knead it into a round, slender embryo, use a knife to cut a section at the slender end, nest it, and form two rabbit ears; cut a small tail in the round head of the raw embryo; mix a little food red (no red food, carrots used) with the dough, knead it into a dough, make an eye, and place it on the raw embryo, that is, a small white rabbit. A total of 12 are made in this way.
2. Put the little white rabbit into the oven and bake for 10 minutes to take out (I use steaming), put the back half of each one with sugar water, stick to the coconut, and then put it in the oven and bake it for 5 minutes on low heat (I also steamed, reason: the oven is broken), then put it on the plate, and put a few small cabbages made of hot noodles, that is, the shape of jade rabbit cabbage (my last picture Oh, god-like).
