The latest food sampling results, there are 18 batches of unqualified sampling unqualified list of some of the inspection items

The Hebei Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau hereby notifies the information on food safety supervision and sampling at the same level in Accordance with the relevant requirements for the publication of food safety supervision and sampling information.

Overall situation:

Sampling of 1022 batches of samples of 10 categories of catering food, starch and starch products, condiments, cakes, wine, grain processing products, dairy products, sugar, edible agricultural products, beverages, etc., 1004 batches of qualified inspection, 18 batches of unqualified.

Coliform bacteria

Coliform bacteria are one of the commonly used indicator bacteria for food contamination at home and abroad. Coliform excess may be caused by contamination of the processing raw materials and packaging materials of the product, or the pollution of the product by personnel, tools and other production equipment, the environment during the production process, and the incomplete sterilization of the product with sterilization process.

Malachite green

Malachite green belongs to the toxic triphenylmethane chemical, which is both a dye and a drug that kills fungi, bacteria and parasites. Malachite green has potential carcinogenic, teratogenic and mutagenic effects. Long-term consumption of foods found to be malachite green may have a certain impact on human health.

Residual amount of aluminum (dry sample, in Al)

Potassium aluminum sulfate (also known as potassium alum) and ammonium aluminum sulfate (also known as ammonium alum) are commonly used leavening agents and stabilizers in food processing, and aluminum residues will be generated after use. Long-term intake of aluminum residues exceeding the standard of food, may affect the body's absorption of iron, calcium and other nutrients, resulting in osteoporosis, anemia, etc., and even affect the development of nerve cells.

Enrofloxacin

Enrofloxacin belongs to the fluoroquinolone class of drugs, is a class of synthetic broad-spectrum antibacterial drugs, used to treat animal skin infections, respiratory infections, etc., is the exclusive use of animals. Long-term consumption of enrofloxacin residues exceeding the standard of food, has a certain impact on human health.

Pseudomonas aeruginosa

Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a conditional pathogenic bacteria, widely distributed in all kinds of water, air, normal people's skin, respiratory tract and intestines, etc., easy to survive in a humid environment, has a strong resistance to disinfectants, ultraviolet rays, etc., and has health risks for people with weak resistance.

Pseudomonas aeruginosa exceeding the standard may be due to improper protection of source water and contamination of water bodies; poor hygiene control during production, such as direct contact with water or the inner wall of containers by unpasteurized hands of employees; or defective cleaning and disinfection of packaging materials.

Sulfonamides (total)

Sulfonamides have a class of synthetic antibacterial drugs with a wide antibacterial spectrum, stable properties and easy to use, which have a strong inhibitory effect on most gram-positive bacteria and negative bacteria, and are widely used to prevent chicken coccidiosis. Long-term intake of animal foods with sulfonamides exceeding the standard may lead to health hazards such as urinary system and liver damage.

Mold and yeast

Mold and yeast are microorganisms widely existing in nature, mold and yeast growing in food can make food spoilage, destroy the color, aroma and taste of food, and make food produce bad odor, color change, etc. Mold and yeast are generally used as one of the indicators to evaluate the hygienic quality of food, and the degree of contamination of food is judged by the number of molds and yeasts.

Furazolidone metabolite

Furazolidone is a broad-spectrum antibiotic belonging to the nitrofuran class, which is widely used in livestock, poultry and aquaculture. Nitrofuran prototypes are rapidly metabolized in organisms, bind to proteins and are quite stable, so the detection of their metabolites is often used to reflect the residual status of nitrofurans. Nitrofurans and their metabolites may cause hemolytic anemia, polyneurolysis, eye damage, and acute liver necrosis.

cadmium

Cadmium is one of the most common polluting heavy metal elements in aquatic products, and unqualified cadmium in aquatic products may be caused by the enrichment of cadmium in the environment during aquatic product breeding. The harm of cadmium to the human body is mainly chronic accumulation, and long-term large intake of foods with excessive cadmium content may lead to kidney and bone damage.

electrical conductivity

The degree of conductivity of water is called conductivity. It reflects the amount of salt in the water, the degree of electrolytes present in the water, and is a very important indicator of water quality. The reason for the high conductivity may be the decline in the desalination rate caused by the aging of the reverse osmosis membrane module in production; or the raw water pretreatment is not up to standard, resulting in poor water quality of the inlet water of the reverse osmosis equipment; and it may also be that the RO film in the reverse osmosis equipment is damaged and causes salt leakage.
