Menggangling Forest Park, formerly known as "Fengshan" and "Xiufeng", covers a total area of 495 acres. Xingsi (671-740), a famous Zen master of the Tang Dynasty, was a native of Longyunxia Village, Yantian Town, Anfu County, Jiangxi Province. Commonly known as Liu, he is said to be a descendant of King Changsha of Han. Xingsi, along with Heze Shenhui, Nanyang Huizhong, Yongjia Xuanjue, and Nanyue Huairang, was listed as the five disciples of Master Huineng of the Six Ancestors. Zen Nanzong is divided into two major legal systems, Nanyue of Huai rang and Qingyuan of Xingsi, and the two major legal systems have derived five sects, collectively known as the five schools of Zen Buddhism. Among them, Cao Dong, Yunmen, and Fayan are three families of qingyuan law system. Based on Yifeng Dongshan and Yihuang Caoshan, the Caodong Sect is thriving day by day, circulating for a long time, and influencing foreign countries. It was introduced to Korea during the Five Dynasties and to Japan during the Southern Song Dynasty. Emperor Tang was a Zen master of String Ji, and ta yue returned to the truth.
Zou Shouyi (1491-1562), courtesy name Qianzhi, was a Chinese poet. A native of Qiyuan, Beixiang, Anfu County, Jiangxi (present-day Liancun Township, Anfu County, Jiangxi Province) in Xinbei Laowu Village. Famous theorist and educator. Zou Shouyi paid special attention to education throughout his life, advocating simplicity and understanding, simplicity and unpretentiousness, and directing to his heart. He believes that education is the most fundamental way for people to grow up in the day after tomorrow. Shouyi taught people, took Wang Shouren's "to conscience" theory as the foundation of moral education, and gave full play to "to conscience." Zou Shouyi's works include "Dongkuo Anthology", "Poetry Collection", "Xue dolphin relics collection" and so on. Today, there is the "Manuscript of Mr. Zou of Dongkuo", which has been handed down. The Beixiang Cheyuan Zou clan is a very prestigious and famous family in Jiangnan, with seven jinshi, one Xie Yuan, five juren, and one Gong Yuan in four generations. Among them, Zou Shouyi during the Ming Zhengde period was the most famous.
Liu Shuying (1620 – after about 1657), courtesy name Muping, was a native of Sanshe Village, Anfu County, Jiangxi Province, wife of Wang Qian of Luling (present-day Ji'an, Jiangxi Province), and daughter of Liu Duo. Eighteen years and widowed. Zhishu can write poetry, and also fine swordplay and martial arts. Li Zicheng broke the Beijing division, Shuying recruited soldiers, personally coached, and wanted to restore his sight. Nanming stationed Zhang Xianbi in Yongxin, and Shuying led his troops to vote for him. Xian Bi wanted to marry him, but Shuying did not follow and crossed the horse. Wang Lixi, a native of Wangtun Village, Zhouhu Town, Anfu County, Jiangxi Province, whose father died early, received the most teachings from his grandfather and uncle since childhood, was proficient in Tang and Song poetry, and later studied at Nanchang Xinyuan University, and was guided by the famous teacher Peng Zewang Peijiang. During his five-year career in Europe, he actively carried out foreign cultural exchanges, so there is a "Shelley of the East" that is well-known in the European literary world. During the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, Wang Lixi returned to China with his wife Lu Jingqing, and in order to serve the motherland, he served as the head of the writer's field visiting regiment, fighting with the enemy with his pen, and died of illness on August 26, 1938.
Peng Shi (1416~1475), also known as ChunDao (淳道), was a native of Songtian, Fengtian Town, Anfu County, Jiangxi Province, and was born in the south gate of Pingdu Town. He is the head of the cabinet and the first assistant of the cabinet. In the sixth year (1441) of the Ming Yingzong Orthodoxy, he was raised, and in the thirteenth year (1448), he was awarded the title of Hanlin Academy. Fourteen years (1449) autumn, into the cabinet, winter, ascended to the reading. In the third year (1452) of Emperor Jingtai, he was promoted to Zuo Chunfang, a scholar of the university, and in the seventh year (1456) he was appointed as the shaoqing of Taichang Temple. In the first year of Emperor Yingzong's reign (1457), he re-entered the cabinet, studied confidentially, and was also a bachelor of the Hanlin Academy, and in the third year (1459) he was promoted to the rank of Zhongxian Dafu, and in the eighth year (1464) he was promoted to the right attendant of the official department. In the second year (1466) of Emperor Xianzong Chenghua,he was promoted to shangshu of the military department; in the third year (1467) he was also a scholar of Wenyuange University; in the fourth year (1468) he was changed to the shangshu of the ministry; in the first month of the eleventh year (1475), he entered Shaobao, and died in the past month, and was given the gift of Guanglu Dafu, ZuoZhuguo, Taishi, and YuwenXian. The three dynasties of Emperor Yingzong, Emperor Daizong, and Emperor Xianzong were one of the outstanding representatives of the upright cabinet ministers during the Years of Tianshun and Chenghua. He is the author of "Notes of Peng Wenxian", "Collected Writings of Peng Wenxian", "Miscellaneous Notes of Kezhai" and so on.
Wang Tingjue (1079~1171) was a native of Anfu County, Jiangxi Province. Song Zhonghe ascended to the throne in the first year of the reign of Emperor Zhong, and was awarded the title of Chaling County. There are 50 volumes of luxi anthology, 10 volumes of lecture notes on the Six Classics, 5 volumes of lecture notes on analects, 30 volumes of easy interpretation, 5 volumes of quotations, 2 volumes of pearls of the sea, luci, and fengtinglu, but unfortunately some of these works have been lost.
Peng Xuepei (1898~1948) was a famous political scientist and economist from Laowu Village, Yantian Town. He first studied in his hometown, then studied at Nanchang Xinyuan Middle School, and studied at Kyoto University in Japan at the official expenses to study political economy. After graduation, he went to Belgium to study. After returning to China, he became a professor of political science at Peking University. In February 1928, he became the chief writer of the JoongAng Daily. From March 1932, he successively served as acting minister of the interior of the National Government, member of the National Economic Commission, executive secretary of the Ministry of Communications, parliamentary secretary of the Ministry of Communications, member of the Sixth Central Executive Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang, and deputy director of the Wartime Production Bureau. In May 1946, he was appointed Head of Propaganda of the Central Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang. In 1947, he was appointed Torre councillor of the Executive Yuan, where he attended United Nations meetings as a delegate. In 1948, when he went to Hong Kong to handle official business, the plane crashed on Pisha Island, more than 10 miles away from Hong Kong, two minutes before arriving, killing all 36 people on board. He is a well-authored author.
