According to the requirements of the police, Liu temporarily placed the electric bicycle near the traffic booth and walked the child to the school. Subsequently, he accepted the "one-of-five" education punishment.
It is reported that on the first day of centralized rectification, a total of 1507 lawbreakers in the central urban area received "five choices one" education punishment for riding electric bicycles without helmets.
At the same time, the Municipal Road Traffic Safety Association and caring enterprises also donated 640 helmets. These helmets will be placed in traffic booths in crowded areas, and citizens who do not wear helmets can borrow them after registering their real names and return them within two days. Otherwise, the traffic control department will expose it.
Traffic police reminded that after the accident, the helmet can absorb most of the impact force, which can reduce the proportion of injured people by 70% and the mortality rate by 40%. When riding an electric bicycle, citizens must wear a helmet.
