Zhongshan Town carried out observation and evaluation activities for the improvement of rural human settlements

In order to further improve the rural living environment, stimulate the vitality and motivation of the villages to implement the work, consolidate the main responsibility of the village, improve the effectiveness of the rectification, and continue to promote the construction of beautiful villages. On the special day of "May Fourth Youth Day", Zhongshan Town organized all the town's section-level cadres, service district secretaries, and secretaries of 35 natural village branches, led by Wang Baomin, secretary of the town party committee, and Zhai Yuanzhi, mayor of the town, to conduct a one-day concentrated observation and evaluation of the living environment.

The observation and appraisal activities centered on the work of "road hardening, 'four big piles' cleaning, barren courtyards and ruins and broken walls, village greening, black and odorous water bodies, and livestock and poultry breeding pollution control" of the comprehensive improvement of the rural living environment, adhering to the principle of "not missing a village, not missing a single item", looking at the main street and the hutongs, walking through 35 natural villages one by one, comparing the standards of the "Rural Human Settlement Environment Improvement Work Village Evaluation Table" one by one, and adopting the method of "one listening, two looking at three evaluations" to conduct on-the-spot observation and evaluation.

The observation and appraisal activities were judged by the town's section-level cadres and the secretaries of 35 village branches, who conducted on-site inspection and on-the-spot scoring. On the one hand, the judges listened to the branch secretary introduce the overall work of the village, including the improvement of the human settlement environment, greening, hardening, poverty alleviation and consolidation, the investigation of drinking water problems, etc., mentioned the existing problems, and briefly described the focus of the next step, on the other hand, they did not leave any dead ends to check the rectification situation on the spot, and then scored the evaluation score.

Through this observation and evaluation activity, the villages showed their achievements, highlighted the highlights, and also found out the deficiencies and saw the gaps.

After the observation, a summary meeting of the observation and evaluation of the improvement of the rural human settlement environment was held in the conference room on the second floor of the government.
