At 3:00 p.m. on June 22, 2021, Dingxi Heyuan Municipal Engineering Co., Ltd. organized and held an expert demonstration meeting on the construction plan of the non-excavated pipe jacking sinking well in the second section of the Dingxi Municipal Official Adjustment Reservoir Project (Phase I Project) of the first phase of the Dingxi City Official Adjustment Reservoir Project (Phase I Project). The meeting invited Ji Runping, Mo Yahui, Dong Chao, Chang Yongbing, Zhao Ming and other 5 senior engineers and project leaders aquatic forest, on-site construction responsible for Zhao Hongwei, on-site supervision Zhu Zhengde to participate in the demonstration meeting.
First of all, the project leader delivered a welcome speech, he only on behalf of the company's project to demonstrate our pipe sinking well construction plan to express a warm welcome, and sincerely hope that experts put forward valuable opinions, a number of guidance. At the meeting, the senior engineers made speeches on the scientificity, legality, feasibility and key links of the construction plan of trenchless well tube sinking. The meeting pointed out that the construction plan should be prepared in strict accordance with the requirements of the "Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on the Implementation of the Regulations on the Safety Management of Sub-projects with Greater < Risks> Related Issues" (Construction Office Quality [2018] No. 31).
Through this demonstration meeting, the construction of pipe jacking sinking wells found the deficiencies and deficiencies in the construction plan, clarified the positioning, and laid the foundation for further improving the safety and quality in the construction process.
