Dang Cheng, born in June 1971, is a member of the Communist Party of China with a university degree. He has successively served as deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee of Wenhua Street Street in Yinchuan City, deputy section organizer of the Organization Department of Xingqing District Committee, deputy secretary and director of the Office of the Party Working Committee of Jiefang West Street Street, director of the Government Office, director of the Office of the Party Committee, director of the Office of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Yinchuan City (deputy division level), director of the Efficiency Supervision Office, deputy director of the Yinchuan Municipal Supervision Bureau, member of the Standing Committee of the Xixia District Cpc Committee, secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and deputy head of the government. He is currently the deputy secretary of the Xixia District Party Committee of Yinchuan City, and plans to serve as the secretary and director of the Party Working Committee of Yinchuan Highway and Railway Transport Logistics Service Center.
Ma Bin
Ma Bin, Hui, born in January 1976, is a member of the Communist Party of China and has a university degree from the Central Party School. He has successively served as the deputy chief and section chief of the operation section of Yinchuan Municipal Affairs Service Center (Government Affairs Hall). He is currently the head of operation (section chief) of Yinchuan Administrative Examination and Approval Service Bureau (Government Affairs Service Center), and plans to serve as the deputy director (deputy director) of Yinchuan Administrative Examination and Approval Service Bureau (Government Service Center).
Su Dongmei
Su Dongmei, female, born in November 1969, is a member of the Communist Party of China and has a university degree from the Central Party School. He has successively served as the deputy director of the Inner Mongolia Alxa Left Banner Education and Sports Bureau, the deputy director of the Yinchuan Municipal System Reform Commission, the deputy director of the Municipal Affairs Service Center (Government Affairs Hall), the director of the Information Department, and the chief of the comprehensive section. He is currently the head of comprehensive affairs (section chief) of Yinchuan Administrative Examination and Approval Service Bureau (Government Affairs Service Center), and plans to serve as a deputy division-level leading cadre of Yinchuan City.
Wang Xuemei
Wang Xuemei, female, born in February 1969, is a member of the Communist Party of China and has a university degree from the Central Party School. He has successively served as deputy director of the Office of the Lingwu Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, director of the Science, Education, Culture and Health Committee, deputy director of the Population and Family Planning Bureau (at the level of a full section), director of the Statistics Bureau, secretary of the Party Committee and director of the Bureau of Industrial Informatization and Commerce (Bureau of Economic and Technical Cooperation). He is currently a section-level cadre of the Lingwu Industrial Informatization and Commerce Bureau (Economic and Technical Cooperation Bureau), and plans to serve as the deputy director (deputy division level) of the management committee of Yinchuan High-tech Industrial Development Zone (Ningxia Lingwu Cashmere Industrial Park).
Yang Yongqing
Yang Yongqing, born in July 1968, is a member of the Communist Party of China and graduated from the Central Party School. He has successively served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Lingwu City, deputy director of the Supervision Bureau, director of the classroom, discipline inspector at the level of the main section, deputy secretary of the party committee, secretary of the discipline inspection committee, mayor of the town, secretary of the party committee, and chairman of the presidium of the people's congress in Dongta Town, Lingwu City. He is currently a cadre at the level of the main section of Dongta Town, Lingwu City, and plans to serve as the deputy director of the Lingwu Horticultural Experimental Field (Lingwulin Field).
Yang Bin
Yang Bin, born in May 1968, is a member of the Communist Party of China with a university degree. He has successively served as the deputy director of the Lingwu Municipal Water Bureau, the full-time deputy director of the Office of the Resettlement Leading Group for Resettlement (at the level of a full section), the deputy director of the Development and Reform Bureau, the deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee and the director of the office of the urban sub-district, and the deputy secretary of the party committee, mayor and party secretary of Linhe Town, Lingwu City. He is currently a cadre at the level of a section in Linhe Town, Lingwu City, and plans to serve as the deputy director of the Management Committee of the Circular Economy Demonstration Zone of Renewable Resources in Lingwu City.
Yang Xiaoqing
Yang Xiaoqing, female, born in December 1974, is a member of the Communist Party of China and has a postgraduate degree from the Ningxia Party School. He has successively served as deputy secretary of the party committee of Jingui Town, Helan County, deputy director of the Science and Technology Bureau of Helan County, director of the Population and Family Planning Bureau (deputy section level), director of the Population and Family Planning Bureau and director of the County Family Planning Service Center, deputy secretary and deputy director of the Party Committee of the Health and Population Family Planning Bureau, and director of the Economic and Technical Cooperation Bureau. He is currently a section-level cadre of helan County Economic and Technical Cooperation Bureau, and plans to serve as the deputy director of the management committee of Yinchuan Desheng Industrial Park.
