On October 24th, under the guidance of the Torch Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China, sponsored by China Resources Group and China Xiong'an Group, and undertaken by the special working group of China Resources Group Xiong'an New Area, the "10th China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition for Large and Medium-sized Enterprises To Integrate Xiong'an Green Digital Industry Professional Competition and Innovation Acceleration Camp" (hereinafter referred to as the acceleration camp) was launched in Xiong'an New District.
Zhang Weixing, Secretary of the Torch Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China, said in his speech that the "10th China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition and China Resources Special Xiong'an New Area Green Digital Industry Professional Competition" (hereinafter referred to as the competition) as the first professional event held in the new district, with the promotion of the integration of large and small and medium-sized enterprises as the starting point and foothold, encourage large enterprises to break the boundaries, build a platform for the gathering of innovative elements in deep integration of industry, education and research, and continuously stimulate the vitality of market players, promote high-level innovation and entrepreneurship, and continue to deepen the cultivation of new kinetic energy. In the three years since the competition was held, it has attracted about 1,200 companies to register for the competition. As the first state-owned enterprise incubation platform in Xiong'an New Area, "CHINA RESOURCES Xiong'an Green Smart City Maker Space" has attracted 17 enterprises to settle in, providing enterprises with one-stop comprehensive services such as production, learning, research and use.
Wang Haiou, deputy director of the Office of National Strategy and Collaborative Development of the Strategic Management Department of China Resources Group, introduced that as an important part of the innovation and entrepreneurship competition, this event gave full play to the advantages of Beijing's scientific and technological innovation, closely linked with Beijing and Tianjin entrepreneurship research institutes, enterprises and major universities, gathered innovative resources, created innovative formats, and built a bridge for small and medium-sized enterprises to carry out financial cooperation with the government and large central enterprises and jointly participate in the construction of the new area, providing strong support for the high-quality development of Xiong'an New Area and the construction of a global innovation highland.
Yu Shanjiang, deputy director of the Reform and Development Bureau of Xiong'an New Area, said that there is no reform and innovation, and there is no Xiong'an value. At present, Xiong'an New Area has entered an important stage of undertaking the simultaneous promotion of Beijing's non-capital function relief and construction, and the new area has made a comprehensive layout on the road of innovation and has achieved positive results. At present, the new district has accelerated the realization of the "five new" goals, and combined with the actual situation, the "Several Measures for Supporting the Innovative Development of Enterprises in Hebei Xiong'an New Area" has provided support for the innovative development of enterprises and the landing of projects. In the future, the new district will continue to combine the construction of smart cities, industrial development and people's livelihood improvement and demand, provide application scenarios for innovative products, create an ecology and soil that supports innovation and entrepreneurship, and provide landing support and services for innovative products.
Pan Chenglong, assistant general manager of China Xiong'an Group and director of the Strategic Development Department, said that the planning outline of Xiong'an New Area clearly proposes to build an innovation-driven development leading area. The competition and acceleration camp activities focused on the core concept of "green digital industry", responded to the planning requirements of the Party Central Committee for Xiong'an New Area and the "five new" development goals of the new area, gathered the high-quality innovation resources required in the large-scale construction stage of the new area, and promoted the agglomeration and development of innovative industries. At the same time, it has built a big stage for everyone to display style, collide ideas, exchange and cooperate. Xiong'an New Area is an innovative development demonstration area for implementing the new development concept, to become a national model for high-quality development in the new era, the ideal entrepreneurial officer hot land for all kinds of talents, we must adhere to innovation as the first driving force for high-quality development, implement innovation-driven development strategy, promote comprehensive innovation with scientific and technological innovation as the core, develop high-end high-tech industries, promote the in-depth integration of production, education and research, build an innovative development leading area and a comprehensive reform pilot zone, and create a new highland of institutional mechanisms and an important platform for collaborative innovation in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.

During the event, the launching ceremony of the "Joint Laboratory for Health and Productivity in Building Spaces" was also held. At the same time, the event also set up the excellent project achievement display of the innovation and entrepreneurship competition and the final roadshow link of the innovation and entrepreneurship competition, showing the achievements of Xiong'an's innovative technology construction from the dimension of digitalization and digital intelligence, and comprehensively promoting the optimization and upgrading of the entrepreneurial industry.
