In terms of boxing, it absorbs the essence of various martial arts schools, integrates classic masterpieces such as "I Ching", "Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic", "Acupuncture dacheng", and combines the principle of yin and yang dynamic opening and closing in the course of actual combat, which is born.

According to the "Genealogy of the Chen Family", "In Shandong, the famous hand ... Chen boxer, founder of sword gun sword stick also. On the basis of the ancestral 108 Shi Tong Back Long Fist, he absorbed the essence of all the families, combined the principle of yin and yang, referred to the meridian theory of Chinese medicine, and guided the art of Tuna, thus creating a set of taijiquan that combines yin and yang, rigidity and softness. Pushers are also known as "hand-pullers". Its main points are based on a practical technique derived from grasping, holding, wrestling, turning, falling, hitting and reversing bones. The pusher is based on the 13 potentials of dipping, sticking, connecting, and winding, and at the same time, it is also based on the 13 potentials of twisting, pinching, squeezing, pressing, picking, squeezing, elbowing, leaning, advancing, retreating, gu, hoping, and fixing, and supplemented by the principle of yin and yang, so as to achieve the effect of both rigidity and softness, light and heavy, and fast and slow when pushing the hand. Of course, in addition to the above basic martial arts, the sensitivity of the senses is the key to success or failure for the competition. In terms of touch, we can feel the weight, speed, virtual reality, length, and movement of the other party's fist through the skin; in judgment, through the size of the fist force received at the moment, we can judge the sudden speed, sudden slowness, sudden advance, sudden retreat, sudden left, sudden right, sudden high, sudden low, suddenly open, suddenly close, suddenly accumulated, and suddenly hair. With the flexible change of internal strength, the skills are often played to the characteristics of Tai Chi taking advantage of the momentum and using light to weigh. In coordination with this, there are also tactics that should be adopted in the course of war, such as "if you are in a hurry, you should respond urgently", "if you move slowly, you will follow slowly", "He will not move, he will not move, he will not move, he will move slightly, and he will move first", so as to achieve a superb technique of attacking with the purpose of taking advantage of the situation and taking advantage of the situation to defeat the enemy and win.

<h1 class="pgc-h-arrow-right" data-track="31" > the boxing theory of Chen's Taijiquan</h1>

The evolution of boxing is naturally inseparable from the essence of boxing, and the same is true of taijiquan. Its fist theory originates from the word tai chi, the so-called tai chi, that is, too virtual, for the foundation of all things in heaven and earth. "Too" has an extremely great meaning. "Void", the meaning of emptiness and nothingness. Too vain is the realm of emptiness, filled with true qi, the palace of the gods. The subtlety of true qi is not lucky, so the origin of the Lord's biochemistry, the true element of luck. Tai Chi generates yang by pneumatic movement, and yin and yin by static, which is the principle of tai chi giving birth to yin and yang. Therefore, the practice of boxing should follow the methods of tai chi such as yin and yang, movement and stillness, rigidity and softness, and then be interpreted as the essence of boxing methods such as flexion and extension, advance and retreat, opening and closing, virtual reality, introduction, retraction, and relaxation. In addition, in the principle of not using force, if Xi Wu can concentrate on the mind, and if the mind is concentrated, the qi is calm, and the form of movement of tai chi can be made loose, round, soft, and alive by cooperating with its own abundant internal strength, to achieve the realm of internal and external unity.

<h1 class="pgc-h-arrow-right" data-track="32" > the practice method of Chen's Taijiquan</h1>

Understanding Tai Chi is naturally inevitable to investigate the method of practicing it. This can be divided into three principles: standing in the middle, not pushing hard, and breathing naturally. First of all, in terms of physical methods, it is mainly based on zhongzheng. It is necessary to lift the top of the head of the hundred points and align them with the perineal points, so that they form a line, vertically aligned up and down, so that their bodies can be impartial, and the body method will naturally meet the requirements of neutrality. Secondly, not to use force is actually the principle of practicing tai chi, under this premise, the practitioner can concentrate on the softness of the tai chi movements, to dissolve the original stiffness on the body, so that the overall action can be softly connected together, through the section. This is one of the changes in Tai Chi – yu rou sheng gang. This change is also one of the characteristics of Tai Chi Chuan, when the fist is practiced to the extreme of softness, the skin joints of the whole body are loosened everywhere, for the looseness of consciousness, without the slightest encouragement, so that all parts of the body produce elastic strength, after continuous strengthening, you can be soft and rigid. Finally, the most unique feature of Tai Chi is this intention to practice qi. The so-called intention refers to the mind, which is called the intention by the imagination of the brain; and the qi is not the air that is generally breathed, it refers to the internal qi that passes through the meridians of the human body. In the evolution of one move and one style of tai chi, it is necessary to first imagine the brain, and then guide the operation mode of the limbs, so as to practice the intention to the qi, the qi to the strength.

When it comes to Chen's Taijiquan, tangling and shaking the feet are the first directions discussed. Tangle Silk Jin is the core of Taijiquan and is the root of all boxing movements; Shaking Feet is the characteristic of Chen's Taijiquan, which is beneficial to the work of Qi Shen Dantian. Winding strength refers to the spiral winding operation of the luck force, which can basically be divided into two aspects: smooth winding and reverse winding. The palm of the hand is turned outward to the top as a smooth winding, and the inward turning down is a reverse winding, which is the performance of the hand's reverse winding; the knee is turned outward to the reverse winding, and the inward turn is reversed, which is the performance of the foot shun and reverse winding. And the winding strength will be due to the different directions of rotation of the hands and feet in the movement, so there will be double smooth, double reverse, and even one smooth and one reverse winding changes. What it shows is the complementary magic of the yin and yang two instruments, its appearance seems to be soft, but in fact it is soft with rigidity, rigidity and softness. Through the spiral movement of the limbs, with the waist spine as the axis, in terms of techniques, it can dissolve external pressure with winding strength. If the other party wants strength, it will be wrapped up in a smooth way, and the other party will be entangled with the other party to give strength. While holding the opponent's center of gravity with the strength of the wire, choose the appropriate time to take advantage of the situation to counterattack, play slowly and fast, four or two strokes of a thousand pounds, you can invisibly knock the other party down completely. Of course, the operation of the winding silk strength lies in the abundant internal strength in the body, the action is coordinated with the breath, the action is extended into the exhalation, the convergence is retracted into the inhalation, the qi reaches the four branches when it moves, and the return to the Dantian when it is quiet. The reason why tangling silk is the core of Chen's Taijiquan is precisely because all movements, whether it is techniques, leg techniques, or even footwork, are based on tangling silk strength. Therefore, through the coherence of the movements, the practitioner can reach the realm of external training form, internal cultivation of the middle qi, and internal and external double cultivation, until the kung fu is practiced, there will naturally be a thick internal strength running through the whole body, shaped in the skin, and it will be entangled in silk.

In addition to the tangling of silk, the vibrating foot is also the essence of Chen's Taijiquan. Its original meaning refers to the strong landing of the footsteps and the heavy stepping on the ground. Proper use can improve a certain martial arts effect. As Kang Gewu said: "The foot vibration has the effect of regulating the sudden explosion of qi in the whole body, making the movement shocking and powerful, and the integration of the inside and the outside." ”。 Of course, the similarity between the vibrating foot and the winding strength is that the two need to breathe and exhale through cooperation, so that the qi is easy to sink into the dantian, and the center of gravity is lowered so that the body tends to be stable. In the fight, the vibrating foot can generally be divided into five kinds of key to defeating the enemy, one is to shock the opponent's foot surface, so that it loses the ability to move; the second is the sound emitted when the ground is shaken, which can produce a threatening effect, causing the other party to be afraid; the third is to use the vibrating foot at the same time, which can not only increase the intensity and effect of the blow, but also improve the effect of the technical attack; fourth, after the shaking of the foot, use the ground to rebound strongly and quickly change shape, so that the other party cannot react immediately in an instant. At the same time, the opponent's attack or dodge can reap the effect of a surprise attack; after five shock feet, use the strong rebound on the ground, with momentum and speed, continuous upward step force, can force the other party to escape without gaps. Combined with the above steps, combined with the method of Tuna, when the qi condenses the dantian, the momentum of shaking the feet can be launched.

<h1 class="pgc-h-arrow-right" data-track="34" > the theoretical and cultural connotations of Chen's Taijiquan</h1>

Although chen's taijiquan moves in boxing are ever-changing, it is necessary to mention the theory and cultural inheritance behind it. When it comes to tai chi, people only know that tai chi is born by absorbing the strengths of a hundred schools and integrating the essence of different doctrines, but in fact, they do not know the relationship behind tai chi. The "Treatise on Taijiquan" mentions at the beginning: "Taiji is born of infinity, the opportunity of movement and stillness, and the mother of yin and yang." The "Wuji" here can actually be interpreted as the "Tao" in Lao Tzu's "Return to Wuji". The so-called Tao, which is the basis of all things in heaven and earth, follows the principle of yin and yang changes, and actually plays a certain normative role in the change of Chen's Taijiquan, to the cathode and yang, to the anode and yin, and between the two conforms to the laws of Daofa nature, thus creating Taijiquan in its development, although based on the "Tao", it can derive the concepts of rigidity, softness, movement, and virtual reality, making it ever-changing, but in the end it still cannot escape a "Dao" word. Therefore, the world only knows the superbness of taijiquan techniques, but ignores the fact that its martial arts are actually proof of "tonghu Tao". Those who practice Tai Chi must first learn the form of their boxing, investigate their connotations, and understand their theories. Therefore, Chen Xin, the sixteenth descendant of the Chen clan, said in the "Tai Chi Quan Spectrum": "The principle of Tai Chi is difficult to say in one word. Yin and yang change exist in people. A little hypocrisy, a good reason is hard to find. ", the pursuit of taijiquan can not only emphasize the form of boxing, but also through their own understanding, in order to make it use the technique of boxing can be beneficial, but also so that the development of taijiquan itself is no longer stuck in the form passed down by the ancients, but has a better concept to improve it, in order to live up to the efforts of the ancients.

All in all, As the "national essence" of our country, Chen's Taijiquan contains not only the historical significance of long-term continuous development, but also the cultural values embodied behind it. Not only is it integrated into the "I Ching", Traditional Chinese Medicine and other doctrines, but also combined with the changes in the two poles that the predecessors have realized through the two instruments of yin and yang, bringing together the strengths of hundreds of families, and unifying this traditional boxing into one statue, forming a taijiquan method that the world loves both men, women and children.
