Liu's act of setting off firecrackers did affect the chickens and there was a violent or stress death, and the defendant did not provide evidence to prove that there was no causal relationship between his behavior and the result of death. To this end, the judge persuaded the two parties, and finally reached an agreement, Liu compensated Li for a loss of 7,000 yuan, and the two families shook hands and made peace, which not only did not affect the neighborhood relationship, but also the case was satisfactorily resolved.
