In the Xingyi Management Office of the Guizhou Transportation and Inspection Company of China Southern Power Grid, there is such an employee: Working on a tower tens of meters high, he is agile as a monkey, and he is a generalist in the daily maintenance and live operation of transmission lines; in the ground command emergency repair, he organizes light vehicles to be familiar with the road and delete the complicated and simple, and the whole emergency repair work is smooth; standing on the three-foot podium, talking about technical specifications and regulations, he always talks endlessly and talks endlessly; sitting in the classroom, he can be silent as ever, and he can be as quiet as ever. This employee is the maintenance team leader You Zhenxi, an all-rounder who can "go up" and "down", "inside" and "outside", and a management and technical backbone who is quite respected by the leadership team of the management institute and the support of the team colleagues.

The first time I met You Zhenxi was 9 years ago, when he was a squad leader at the Fuquan (Duyun) Management Office, looking not tall, dark and thin, giving the impression of being shy and quiet. Asking him for a copy of the team's data, he gave it sharply, but almost asked what he answered, what he wanted to give. Later, there were sporadic contacts, all in the public occasions when the company organized cultural and sports activities (basketball, air volleyball) and live work competitions, and his decent performance did not attract much attention.

In June last year, China Southern Power Grid Guizhou Transportation inspection Company held a "standardized maintenance operation skills competition" at the Red Maple Electric Power Training Center, and You Zhenxi won the second place in the competition. This year, You Zhenxi won a series of honors like hanging: the quarterly "Yanshi Zheng'an" star of the transportation inspection company, the "annual technical (business) expert", "the 'Yanshi Zheng'an I practice' the annual star" and the "2020 Transmission Line Live Operation Skills Competition Individual Second Prize" of China Southern Power Grid Corporation. Is this an accident, or is it some kind of inevitable consequence?

"Zhenxi's work ability is very comprehensive, he not only has strong practical ability, theoretical knowledge is also very solid, and the team management has also done a good job." It is understood that the Xingyi Management Institute has 32 employees, of which 9 are transmission maintenance classes, and in addition to the daily maintenance work of 43 lines with a total length of 1588 kilometers in the jurisdiction, the maintenance class is also responsible for the coordination of the channel cleaning of these lines, the prevention of external damage, the compensation of young seedlings for overhaul and technical transformation, and the land acquisition of the base of the tower. Last year alone, You Zhenxi led the team to complete 23 power outage maintenance operations, and each time he personally experienced and used the method of "inspection and training" to help improve the maintenance skills of the team members; he participated in and organized the class combination method to clean up 245 line channels in compliance, and involved the management and coordination of more than 150 external force destruction points. The task is heavy, but under the careful planning of You Zhenxi, daily maintenance, he has achieved collective wisdom and effort; channel cleaning, he prioritizes; to prevent hidden dangers of external forces, he has achieved early detection, early prevention, early stopping, and has completed the annual work tasks entrusted to him by the management.

"To say that the deepest impression, the 220 kV Lianxing line (now changed to Zhengxing line) repair wire should be counted once, Zhen Xi and Liu Zhong from the mountain Naji Tower up, take the wire all the way down, while sliding while repairing, from 9 o'clock in the morning to start working on the tower, the two did not eat or drink on the wire continued to work for more than 7 hours, until 4 pm to get off the tower, we went to eat a bowl of beef powder to treat ourselves." Huang Hanli, general manager of Xingyi Management Office, introduced.

"Remember, that time was really hard, Director Huang (everyone's habitual name for General Manager Huang Hanli) is still the safety guardian of that maintenance work, the working environment and workload are obvious, he has been accompanied by us hungry under the tower, and the beef powder that day is still his guest." Yu Zhenxi said while laughing.

According to Huang Hanli, in the construction of the Lianxing Line at that time, the construction team used manual release of the line, did not do a good job of protection, in the process of releasing the wire scratched or even broken the strand, they sloppily tied a few circles of aluminum wire at the scar and the broken strand and handed it to the operation and maintenance unit at that time. After the management office took over the operation and maintenance of the line, it was worried that there were hidden dangers in the safe operation of the wire scars and broken strands that were simply covered, so it decided to take apart and inspect them one by one, and decided to deal with the measures according to the degree of damage to the wires, if it was only a slight scratch or breakage, the protective line was added to ensure the stable operation of the line. Due to the large number of tie points on that line, Yu Zhenxi stayed at high altitude longer than expected. Long periods of manual labor made them thirsty and hungry, but because they were between the two towers, directly below not only the steep hillside, but also the entire hillside was covered with dense bushes, unless it was Yu Zhen who went down the tower by themselves, otherwise the logistics supply was very difficult, and after a combination of factors, they decided to complete the work task and then go down the tower.

When it comes to work topics, You Zhenxi is particularly talkative. Especially when it comes to his work planning and management ideas, his conversation completely subverts my impression of his "not talking", and when it comes to professional topics, I basically have no opportunity to interject.

In fact, in 2006, he graduated from the Red Maple Electric Power School, and began to emerge when he entered the training that year. "We have more than 50 new employees who participated in the training together, and I was the fastest of those employees to climb the tower and walk the line." You Zhenxi said.

You Zhenxi was born in Wangmo County, one of the poorest counties in Guizhou. From a young age, he aspired to go out of the Mashan area, hard-working is his "innate advantage" based on the post, just like his screen name "cherish everything", You Zhenxi cherishes the existing job opportunities - induction training, he was first named by the training teacher (old employees of the transportation and inspection company) with excellent results to stay in the Guiyang Industrial District at that time; a year later, his team was dissolved due to organizational adjustment, and he was ordered to go to Fuquan Industrial Area; the second year he became a team technician, and in the fourth year he became a class leader. Step by step, every step is solid.

Combing through You Zhenxi's growth experience, in fact, he has always been excellent, and in mastering professional knowledge and skills, he is even the best among the same batch of employees. Perhaps because of living in a harsh natural environment since childhood, You Zhenxi has an extraordinary ability to resist pressure, the experience of "stocking" in the mountains, and the "innate" advantage of being good at climbing, which just allows You Zhenxi to show it in the operation and maintenance of the line.
