Since December 2000, Wang Fenglei has been transferred from Ye's hometown to Jiukeng Township, and he has devoted himself to the development and revival of Jiukeng tea. Eat and live in the base for half a month in a row, help farmers graft tea trees, and ensure that the grafted tea trees can survive. Hold party members' meetings, villagers' representative meetings, household heads' meetings, etc. to unify their thinking, and actively change the cultivation of fine tea seedlings... Wang Fenglei went out of his way to help everyone calculate their economic accounts.

Up to now, the township has developed 2610 mu of fine seeds, and the area of fine seeds accounts for 47.2% of the total area of the township; the output of famous tea has risen from 27 tons in 2001 to 196 tons in 2021, and the output value has also increased from 1.94 million yuan in 2001 to 54.75 million yuan in 2021, the output has increased by 7.26 times, and the output value has increased by 27.38 times, which has greatly promoted the income of Jiukeng tea farmers.

Every tea season, Wang Fenglei is always in the tea technician's home, fully devoted to tea making technology counseling. In 2008, he guided the tea enterprises in the township to standardize the trademark, "three products" certification, tea processing SC certification and other aspects, and embarked on a standardized production road.

Since then, the tea industry in the township has developed rapidly, and the number of tea enterprises has developed into 28, and the famous tea machines have also developed from 182 units in 2001 to 1135 units today; 16 of the 28 tea enterprises in the township have passed the acceptance of the county authorities to become pollution-free tea factories. With an annual output of 400 tons and an output value of 20 million yuan, Chun'an County Jiukeng Wanzailing Tea Professional Cooperative has become a county-level agricultural leading enterprise in Chun'an County and a demonstration farmers' professional cooperative in Zhejiang Province.

Wang Fenglei has high requirements for tea and finished tea products, and the tea samples selected by him have won the gold medal in the 2002 China Fine Tea, the 4th China Ningbo International Tea Culture Festival in 2008, the 8th International Famous Flower Tea Competition in 2010, and have successively won the title of "High Quality" products at the International Tea Culture Festivals in Shandong, Shanghai and Beijing. In May 2013, The Dove Pit Maojian was awarded the title of Top Ten Famous Teas in Hangzhou, China. In 2016, the construction of Organic Tea Town in Hangzhou settled in Jiukeng, becoming one of the first organic tea pilot townships in the city. During the construction of organic tea, Wang Fenglei actively participated in project research, formulated feasibility reports, formulated policies, and audited project finances, and played the role of the main force in these work, so that the construction of organic tea town has a good start.

He often said that as a staff member of Jiukeng Township and at the same time, he is also a deputy to the National People's Congress, although he has done some work for the development of the tea industry in Jiukeng and has also made some achievements, but the times are developing and technology is updating, he will further strengthen the study of theory and business, better serve the tea farmers, go all out to make the big Jiukeng tea, and restore the glory of tribute tea in the past.
