Biocomposites Ltd recalls calcium sulfate artificial bone, not involving China

According to the news of the State Food and Drug Administration on March 11, Biocomposites Ltd voluntarily recalled calcium sulfate artificial bone, and the recall level was level three. The recall concerns puerto rico, Costa Rica, and does not involve China.

Calcium sulfate artificial bone is suitable for filling non-load-bearing bone defects. The reason for the recall is the erroneous placement of 600-005 in the box of 600-010; lot number LOT#SK200610.

1. Confirm the recall

2. Get the product location and confirm

3. Confirm the remaining inventory of the dealer

4. Create FSC A, FSN and related documents to notify customers to return the product

5. Notify the competent authorities and the reporting bodies as appropriate.
