I remember that at that time, the most prosperous section of Xinxian City was a short section from xinhua bookstore in the west of Zhenxing Street to the east bus station of Zhenxing Street, and the tallest building was the short and small dilapidated building of the county party committee guest house; the residents of the county town lived in dilapidated bungalows of blue and color, the only ones were several teaching buildings and student dormitory buildings of Xinxian No. 1 Middle School; walking in the city, there were no parks, no green areas, some were farmland and wasteland on the edge of the city, sewage from the Tujiao River and wild grass deserts on the shore...

In the early morning, people stroll through the tree-lined paths of Tujiaohe Park, where they can see the turquoise waves, green trees and flowers, pavilions, winding paths, and birds and flowers. The Yan Pagoda that shaped the image of Xinxian County, which was destroyed in turbulent times, has now been transformed into a majestic Yanta Square, restoring its historical appearance. When night falls, the magnificent street lamps on the entire Xinxian Revitalization Avenue are like a galaxy that runs through the east and west of Xincheng, highlighting the ever-changing splendor of Xinxian County.

Xinxian Expressway Network
Xinxian has formed a high-speed road network of "two horizontal and one vertical". "One vertical" is the Xinxian section of the Deshang Expressway, which has been completed and opened to traffic, with a total length of 42 kilometers, running through the north and south of Xinxian County, and is a longitudinal traffic channel in our county. The four entrances and exits set up in the north of Xinxian County, Xinxian County, the south of Xinxian County, and the ancient city have resolved the passive situation of backward traffic in our county in one fell swoop. "Two horizontal" is located in the middle of the county Xinnan Expressway and located in the north of the county Qinglan Expressway, Xinnan Expressway starting from Xinxian and Deshang Expressway (K150+558), the end point and Henan Nanlin Expressway Luyu boundary to Nanle section, the main line length of 18.26 km, two-way four lanes, design speed of 120 km / h, with a service area, main line toll station, ramp toll station 1 each, the total investment estimate of 1.436 billion yuan. The starting point of the Liaocheng section of Qinglan Expressway is located at the west bridge of the Yellow River Highway Bridge in Dong'a County, passing through 5 counties (cities and districts) of Dong'a County, High-tech Zone, Resort Area, Dongchangfu District and Xinxian County, and entering the territory of Hebei Province in Xisong Village, Wangfeng Town, Xinxian County, with a total length of 86.3 kilometers and a total investment estimate of 8.06 billion yuan.

Xinxian has continuously improved the "tic-tac-toe" trunk road network. It has invested more than 300 million yuan to fully complete the upgrading of trunk roads in the county. In 2011, the Liaoxin First Grade I Road Reconstruction Project was completed, and the repair of Linguan Road and Qinan Road was completed. In 2012, the mask of the Xinfan section of Linshang Road was completed. In 2013, the reconstruction project of Linxin County section of Linshang Road was completed. In 2015, the overhaul of Provincial Highway 324 Qinan Road was completed. In 2018, the New West Ring Road and the New South Ring Road have been officially opened to traffic. Xinfan Road and Qinan Road were upgraded to national highways, and the upgrading of Linguan Road and Mengguan Road was implemented. At present, there are 5 trunk highways in the county with a total of 195.739 kilometers, of which 2 national highways G240 Baotai line (Liaoxin Road, Xinfan Road), G341 Huanghai line (Qinan Road) and 3 provincial highways S247 Linda line (Linxin Road), S248 Linguan line (Zhangying Road) and S249 Weiyang line (Mengguan Road) have been further improved, and the comprehensive service capacity of trunk roads has been further improved.

Taking the construction of the "village-level highway network demonstration county" project in the province as an opportunity, more than 1,000 kilometers of village-level roads have been built and reconstructed, which has completely solved the problem of rural broken roads and formed a rural road network with trunk and branch connections and access in all directions. The focus was on the transformation and upgrading of remote villages along Henan, Hebei, villages with better industrial structure adjustment and aging road sections, and improved the travel conditions of the peasant masses.

The high-speed rail line has reached a speed of 350 kilometers per hour, and there are three high-speed rail stations in Liaocheng, namely Liaocheng West, Chiping South, and Xinxian County, which will certainly contribute to the rapid development of Xinxian County and play a huge role in communicating the Yellow Bohai Sea Economic Belt and the Central Plains Economic Belt when the line is completed and opened to traffic. At that time, Xinxian will end the history of no railway station and high-speed rail station, and will take this opportunity to usher in new development opportunities.
