"In the past year, Huangshan District has provided services for the employment of workers through skills training, the development of public welfare posts, the construction of employment platforms, the construction of poverty alleviation stations and other means, and has effectively promoted various employment work." Up to now, 3,002 new jobs have been created in cities and towns, 1,450 people have been trained in 26 vocational skills training, 155 public welfare posts have been developed, 57 people have completed employment internships, and 300 high-skilled talents have been trained.
The district has further improved the employment organization system, established the Huangshan District Employment and Entrepreneurship Service Center, established 78 village (residence) employment and entrepreneurship and social security workstations, 5 entrepreneurial service guidance stations, and set up part-time labor security information officers in various administrative villages and neighborhood committees, initially formed a system of integrating urban and rural areas, connecting the upper and lower levels, platform to the village, linking to the household, and serving to the people, and actively carry out employment information services.
In order to enhance the pertinence of employment training, at the beginning of the year, the district human resources and social security department carried out investigation and mapping in industrial parks and other areas where employing units are dense, publicized training policies, visited enterprises in the front line, understood the training needs of enterprises, and determined the training target plan. According to the employment needs of enterprises, "targeted" and "order-type" pre-job skills training for newly recruited employees of enterprises is carried out, so that the training and employment are closely integrated. According to the demand for posts and the employment willingness of poor workers, scientifically and reasonably formulate training content, open courses for domestic servants, and improve the effectiveness of training. This year, a total of 6 sessions of employment skills training for domestic servants have been carried out, training 481 female trainees, including 50 poor workers who have established archives, and the training pass rate has reached more than 95%.
This year, the district has built a multi-level platform to broaden employment channels. Through the construction of employment poverty alleviation workshops, labor-intensive enterprises are guided to "enter the village" and stable employment of poor households has been realized. The district has also established and improved the working mechanism for domestic service docking poverty alleviation, carried out employment assistance for the needy personnel among the trainees who have been trained, and set up an employment assistance window in the employment hall to provide 300 people with employment difficulties with job registration, career guidance, job introduction and other services free of charge. At the same time, in order to effectively promote the transfer of labor force to employment, the district has carried out a number of large-scale job fairs with the themes of "Spring Wind Action to Promote the Transfer of Employment of Urban and Rural Workers", "2018 Special Job Fair for Retired Soldiers and College Graduates", and "2018 Employment Poverty Alleviation Special Job Fair and Work Recommendation Meeting", providing employment platforms and employment opportunities for laid-off workers, retired soldiers, college graduates and other groups with employment expectations, providing more than 1,400 jobs.
