The meeting of the directors (expanded) of the Safety Office of the District Committee was held
On October 22, the meeting of the director (expansion) of the Safety Office of the District Committee was held at the District Comprehensive Management Center. The meeting was presided over by Hu Xuemei, president of the district court, and Liu Feng, member of the standing committee of the district party committee, secretary of the political and legal committee, and director of the Safety and Security Office, attended the meeting and made a speech.
The meeting conveyed and studied the spirit of the 3rd meeting of the directors of the Provincial Party Committee Safety Office and the video conference of the directors of the Municipal Safety Office, the meeting of the directors of the Municipal Committee of Safety and Security Office (expanded), organized and studied the spirit of the speech of Chen Yixin, secretary general of the Central Political and Legal Commission, at the Guangdong Provincial Grassroots Social Governance Research Forum, and made arrangements for the recent safety construction and the pilot work of urban social governance modernization in the whole region.
Liu Feng stressed: It is necessary to further do a solid job in the key work of the current safety construction; first, we must improve our political standing, resolutely implement the decision-making and deployment of the party Central Committee and the work requirements of the provincial, municipal, and district party committees; from the high plane of keeping firmly in mind the "great power of the country" and achieving the "two safeguards," we must accurately grasp the construction of safety and security and the new characteristics and new tasks and new requirements, and make overall plans to grasp the two major issues of development and security. Second, we must strengthen bottom-line thinking, make overall plans to do a good job in safeguarding national security, strengthening the investigation and resolution of contradictions and disputes, maintaining public safety, and doing a good job in security and stability maintenance, and effectively shoulder the political responsibility of protecting the safety of one party and ensuring the stability of one party. Third, we must focus on the goals and tasks, strive to create a qualified city for the pilot modernization of social governance in the national municipality, and build the urban area into a "new highland" of social governance with the integration of five governances, a "command center" of social governance, and a social governance community of co-construction, co-governance and sharing through continuous establishment and improvement of the social governance system of "vertical to the end, horizontal to the edge". Fourth, we must straighten out the work ideas, firmly take into account the concept of overall planning, break the boundaries of departments and industries horizontally, strengthen the coordination and linkage at all levels vertically, strengthen organizational guarantees, strictly supervise and evaluate, and constantly promote the safe construction of our region to achieve new results, and make new and greater contributions to Yaozhou's pursuit of high and surpassing high-quality development and striving to create a "top ten district".
Hu Yulong, chief procurator of the district procuratorate, attended the meeting; deputy directors of the Ping An Office of the district party committee; leaders at or above the deputy section level of the political and legal committee of the district party committee and the district comprehensive management center; principal responsible comrades of the district judicial bureau; responsible comrades in charge of the leaders and units of the special groups of the district party committee's Ping'an Yaozhou Construction Leading Group; and political and legal committee members of the party committees of various towns (neighborhoods) attended the meeting.
