Liu Da, male, born in July 1985, Han ethnicity, Sichuan Weiyuan people, on-the-job graduate degree. He began his career in February 2008 and joined the Communist Party of China in November 2011.

From February 2008 to March 2009, he was a probationary police officer at Guobei Police Station of Dongxing District Of Neijiang Municipal Public Security Bureau;

From March 2009 to December 2009, he was a member of the Public Security Management Brigade of dongxing district bureau of Neijiang Municipal Public Security Bureau;

From December 2009 to June 2012, he served as a second-class police officer of the Public Security Management Brigade of dongxing district bureau of neijiang City Public Security Bureau;

From June 2012 to September 2018, he served as the squadron leader and second-level police officer of the Internal Security Management Brigade of the Dongxing District Bureau of the Neijiang Municipal Public Security Bureau;

From September 2018 to May 2019, he served as the squadron leader and first-class police officer of the Internal Security Management Brigade of the Dongxing District Bureau of the Neijiang Municipal Public Security Bureau;

Since May 2019, he has served as the squadron leader of the internal security squadron of the security management brigade of the Dongxing District Bureau of the Neijiang Municipal Public Security Bureau and the fourth-level police chief.
