It was the first day he reported to the criminal investigation brigade of the Yingshan County Public Security Bureau, and he could not have imagined that a murder that occurred on this day would be "entangled" with him for 26 years.
At about 22:00 on the same day, he and his colleagues Zha Yongbing and Cheng Gang received a mass alarm when they were on duty, saying that the three people in wang moumou's home in Huanglinchong Village, Jinjiapu Town, were covered in blood and had no vital signs.
The three people immediately rushed to the scene of the murder after receiving the police, and in Wang Moumou's home, the young Zheng Hui was stunned by the scene in front of him: 19-year-old Wang Moumou and his parents were lying on their backs on the bed, there was a large blood stain on the floor of the house, and the heads of the three people were injured by blunt objects.

In 1993, Xiong Chao and Wang Moumou held an engagement ceremony, but the Wang family had no intention of letting the two hold a wedding, pushing and shoving. On the afternoon of April 20, 1994, Xiong Chao came to Wang's home to ask for an explanation, but was ignored by Wang's family. At 2:00 a.m. on the 21st, Xiong Chao, who was more and more angry after returning home, felt malicious. Subsequently, he came to Wang's home and killed Wang's parents with an axe, he woke up the sleeping Wang, and the two had a fierce quarrel, and during the quarrel, Xiong Chao killed Wang.
Xiong Chao thought about committing suicide, but after sitting in the kitchen for 1 hour, he retreated. He covered the bodies of the three families of Wang Moumou with a quilt, then locked the gate, rode Wang Moumou's bicycle all the way to Lu'an, Anhui Province, but was recognized by his fellow villagers, and Xiong Chao, who was worried about exposing his whereabouts, jumped on the long-distance bus stopping on the side of the road.
During the interrogation, Xiong Chao confessed to the crime of murder that year, changing his name and surname after absconding, and his whereabouts over the years.
