Zhongdi Dairy (01492) issued an announcement from 8 February 2021: Zhang Kai has resigned as an executive director due to his intention to devote more time to other matters; Liu Dai has resigned as a non-executive Director for health reasons; Du Yuchen has resigned as a non-executive Director and a member of the Remuneration Committee of the Company due to his intention to devote more time to other matters;
Li Jian has resigned as a non-executive Director due to his intention to devote more time to other matters; And in view of the announcement of the Offer unconditionally and for closing in all respects, Yu Tianhua has resigned as a non-executive Director and a member of the Company's Audit Committee.
As of 8 February 2021: Pang Xin has been appointed as an Executive Director; Gao Zhanfeng has been appointed as a non-executive Director and a member of the Audit Committee; Liu Yanbin has been appointed as a non-executive Director; Fu Zhenwen has been appointed as a non-executive Director; and Cheung Kin Wah has been appointed as a Non-executive Director and a member of the Remuneration Committee.
With effect from 8 February 2021, Yu Tianhua is no longer a member of the Audit Committee. Gao Zhanfeng has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee. Du Yuchen is no longer a member of the Remuneration Committee. Zhang Jianhua has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee.
