Sixteen Young Pioneer counselors from various districts and municipal schools in Guangzhou participated in the on-site demonstration competition of the "Red Scarf Learning Party History" theme micro-team class. After fierce competition, in the end, Liang Cuiting (Haizhu District Jilidao Primary School) and Wei Keying (Haizhu District Meiyuan West Road Primary School) won the first prize of the competition, and the two players won the gold medal of the "Yangcheng Craftsman Cup" at the same time. Focusing on the theme of "learning party history, strengthening faith, and following the party", the participating counselors focused on the shaping of children's political literacy and values, and mainly selected stories related to party history as the main content of the micro-team class: First, tell stories related to party history knowledge. For example, "The First Five-Star Red Flag Raised in Guangzhou" and "Counting the Long March of the Red Army and Striving to Be a New Person of the Times" helped children understand party organizations and major events; the second was to tell the stories of heroic models and martyrs. For example, "Late Family Letter - The Story of Martyr Zhao Yiman" and "My Candy is "Salty" - The Story of the Little Radish Head" are encouraged for children to become pioneers from primary schools and grow up to be pioneers; the third is to tell the revolutionary story of Guangzhou. For example, "Fluttering Red Cloth Belt - Inheriting the Revolutionary Spirit of the Guangzhou Uprising" and "The Story of the Panyu Zhidizhuang War of Resistance" and so on. Fully exploring and using red resources and telling well the deeds of red stories and heroic models will help cultivate the simple feelings of the Young Pioneers in loving the party, the country, and socialism.

This competition strictly implements the requirements of epidemic prevention and control work, relies more on online platform organizations, further strengthens the construction of the "Online Young Pioneers", and continuously enhances the ideological leadership of the Young Pioneers in the all-media era. In the rematch stage, the contestants carefully filmed 116 "100 Lessons celebrating the Centenary - 'Red Scarf Learning Party History' Guangzhou Young Pioneers Series Of Micro Lessons", and after the evaluation of the organizers of the competition, a number of outstanding micro-team classes were selected to be continuously displayed on platforms such as "Guangzhou Youth" video number and "Guangzhou Youth League School", and as of September 22, the number of learning clicks was nearly 1.1 million. Some of the high-quality micro-team classes have also successfully landed on the "Learning to Strengthen the Country" platform, so that more children and teenagers can learn and benefit. The final of the competition adopts the form of live broadcast, covering more than 1,500 primary and secondary schools and millions of Young Pioneers in 11 districts and cities in Guangzhou. In February this year, the "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Comprehensively Strengthening the Work of the Young Pioneers in the New Era" was published, pointing out that it is necessary to "innovate the evaluation and incentive mechanism of young pioneer counselors." In order to broaden the incentive channels for Young Pioneer counselors and strive to form a good situation in which the whole society cares about and supports the work of the Young Pioneers, with the strong support of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, the Young Pioneers Counselor Post Skills Competition is included in the "Yangcheng Craftsman Cup" labor and skill competition. At the scene of the final, Comrade Ji Xiaohui of the Economic Work and Labor Protection Department of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions read out the list of winners of "Yangcheng Craftsmen".
