After research, it was decided that:
Huang Jiasheng served as deputy secretary-general of Zhangzhou Municipal People's Government;
Lu Bingquan is the deputy secretary-general of Zhangzhou Municipal People's Government and the director of the Management Committee of Zhangzhou Administrative Service Center;
Dai Mingli was appointed deputy secretary general of the Zhangzhou Municipal People's Government and removed from his post as deputy director of the office of the Zhangzhou Municipal People's Government;
Li Chong served as the director of the management committee of Zhangzhou Guleigang Economic Development Zone;
Zhang Yanneng is the director of the management committee of Zhangzhou Taiwan Investment Zone;
Chen Qunxia is the director of the Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the Zhangzhou Municipal People's Government;
Yang Junqian is the deputy director of the administrative committee of Changshan Overseas Chinese Economic Development Zone (probationary period of one year);
Han Shunyang was appointed as the chief engineer of Zhangzhou Forestry Bureau (probationary period of one year);
Chen Hanzhong was appointed as the director of Zhangzhou Medical Security Center (probationary period of one year);
Removed Lin Xiuzhen from her post as director of the Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the Zhangzhou Municipal People's Government;
Huang Yinshou was dismissed from his post as deputy secretary general of the Zhangzhou Municipal People's Government and director of the management committee of the Zhangzhou Municipal Administrative Service Center.

Cai Zhibin was appointed director of the Zhangzhou Rural Revitalization Bureau and removed from his post as director of the management committee of the Zhangzhou High-tech Industrial Development Zone;
Lin Bairong served as the director of the Port Work Office of the Zhangzhou Municipal People's Government;
Removed Wu Lingzhen from the post of director of the Port Work Office of the Zhangzhou Municipal People's Government;
Dismissed Chen Muhai from his post as deputy director of the Zhangzhou Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau;
Removed Li Guohua from his post as director of the Zhangzhou Municipal Medical Security Center;
Zhou Jianyang was dismissed from his post as director of the management committee of the Sanping Scenic Area in Pinghe County.
