He was tracked down and captured in his home on September 11. In the process of arrest, the police found that there was a burned transformer copper core in the corner of Gou Mouming's courtyard, but Gou Mouming could not explain the way, and after a large number of investigations and evidence collection, Xun Mouming finally confessed to a total of 23 crimes of jointly stealing transformers with Wang Mou (female, 42 years old, Quyang County) since 2017 in Xingtang County and Quyang County. The police handling the case were angry and arrested Wang that night. After interrogation, Wang confessed to the crime of stealing transformers from his accomplice Gou Mouming many times.
At present, both of them have been criminally detained in accordance with the law, and the case is being further investigated.
