Recently, Fuzhou Minhou County issued a series of policies such as "Seven Measures to Encourage College Graduates to Stay in the County for Employment and Entrepreneurship" and "Implementation Plan for Housing Security for Talents", aiming to make college graduates more warm and comfortable in minhou employment and entrepreneurship from the aspect of housing security.

The relevant person in charge of the Minhou County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau told reporters that after the introduction of the policy, the scope of housing security for talents in Minhou County has been expanded to full-time undergraduates.

It is understood that in order to attract college graduates to settle in Minhou for stable employment, Minhou County has not only provided affordable housing, but also made full efforts in renting and buying houses. Minhou County took the lead in Fuzhou City to introduce a direct subsidy policy for talents to purchase commercial housing, providing a housing subsidy of 100,000 to 150,000 yuan for graduates with full-time bachelor's degree or above. Graduates who come to Minhou County for employment and entrepreneurship, in addition to enjoying the one-time living subsidy and rental subsidy for employment and entrepreneurship stipulated by the municipal level, can also superimpose two types of six grades of county-level rental subsidies, which can enjoy up to 3 years.

"Considering that college graduates have a wide range of students and do not necessarily live for a long time, we have also developed a close service for short-term accommodation." According to the person in charge mentioned above, Minhou County pioneered the signing of a rental agreement with a fast hotel in Fuzhou City, and provided 300 short-term free accommodation beds for out-of-town students to come to the county for employment in Qingkou, Shangjie, Economic and Technological Development Zone and other concentrated areas of enterprises.

Not only that, Minhou County is more attentive in encouraging "double creation". The Minhou County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau coordinated 86 sets of talent apartments in the Street Science and Technology Innovation Center, which were specially used for "double creation" talent housing, encouraging college graduates to take root in the science and technology innovation corridor, actively employment and entrepreneurship, participate in innovation and creation, and help the construction of the Minhou science and technology innovation corridor.

It is worth mentioning that Minhou County also carefully coordinates the reserve housing according to the graduate employment and living area, and flexibly recommends graduates to stay. In the Shangjie area, 399 sets of physical warehouses were reserved, and more than 500 sets of housing listings were selected in Qingkou, Xiangqian, Shanggan and Sugarcane Streets to establish a virtual library, and joint intermediary agencies implemented dynamic management of housing information.
