Li Jian stressed that all units should closely plan the construction of industrial parks, scientifically improve functional partitioning, optimize spatial layout, accelerate the construction of infrastructure such as the inspection area of the second bridge of Dongxing Port and the supporting service area, and the road engineering projects in the cross-border area, steadily improve the level of public services, and comprehensively empower the high-quality development of ports; it is necessary to consolidate the guarantee of land use, infrastructure, development environment and other elements, accurately implement the policy of favoring enterprises, strengthen the intensity of investment attraction, and continue to create a port business environment with strong functions, fast customs clearance and low cost. At the same time, it is necessary to scientifically optimize the construction cost control and operation of the industrial park, and the relevant departments should strengthen coordination and linkage, refine the division of responsibilities, seize the construction period to do key work such as road network construction, land acquisition and demolition, and water system construction, and effectively ensure the smooth development of the construction of the industrial park.
