Today, let's listen to the story of Zhu Feng, an alumnus of the Class of 2007 and a teacher at Tianjin No. 2 Middle School.
Zhu Feng, graduated from the School of Physics and Electronic Information of Tianjin Normal University in 2007, majoring in physics, and joined the Communist Party of China during his studies. He is currently a high school physics teacher, senior teacher, and director of the Academic Affairs Office of Tianjin No. 2 Middle School. He has been rated as an outstanding teacher in Tianjin, an outstanding communist party member at the bureau level, an outstanding ideological and political worker in the education system of Hebei District, one of the top ten class teachers in the district, and an excellent class teacher at the district level for many times, an advanced individual in the education system of Hebei District three times, and an advanced individual in the teacher morality of the second middle school in Tianjin twice.

Zhu Feng served as a class teacher for 12 consecutive years, during which he also served as a grade group leader for 7 years. He loves the work of the class teacher, performs the duties of the class teacher, and has a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility. Constantly improve their ideological and political quality and work ability, so as to set an example for others and set an example by example. He is very aware of the subtle influence of teachers' behavior on students, and truly practices both teaching and educating people. Asking the students not to be late, he insisted on arriving at school before 7 o'clock every morning; shouting slogans with his classmates during recess; cleaning every week, he also participated in labor as a member of the class... His code of conduct and leading by example are silent education and powerful influences on students, making students feel equality between teachers and students. It is precisely because of this educational concept of "loyalty to duty and leading by example" that it is neither harsh nor generous in front of students, so that teachers and students become true friends.
Actively learn advanced educational concepts, good at innovating management methods in work. When the first year of high school was just formed, Zhu Feng made an "electronic student calendar" to record the birthday of each student. On the day of the student's birthday, the classroom celebrates the birthday and puts forward the hope for the student, and then the group of video materials at the time of celebration will not only let the students spend a special birthday in the "big family" of the class collective, but also break the barrier between teachers and students, and close each other's hearts. It is precisely because of his equality and love for the students that the students affectionately call him "Papa Zhu", which is the best praise for his homeroom teacher's work and the surging motivation for him to continue to work hard.
Zhu Feng's class has a positive class style, a strong learning style, and high quality, and has performed prominently in various activities carried out in the school. The class he led has won the three best class collectives at the municipal, district and school levels for many times. Under his leadership, all the students in the class were down-to-earth, respected the teacher, established lofty ideals, and gradually formed a class style of "diligence, perseverance, simplicity and sincerity".
Zhu Feng actively participates in education and research activities, humbly learns from colleagues, is good at summarizing lessons learned in work, and pays attention to the improvement of his own business level. His educational teaching papers have won many awards, and the light of moral education in the "Internet +" era has been published in Tianjin Education News. He is well aware of the philosophy of "kissing his teacher and believing in his way", so in addition to improving his own education level, he is also committed to improving his physical teaching ability. In August 2015, he won the first prize in the high school group in the 8th National Secondary School Physics Teaching Reform and Innovation Competition in 2015; in May 2016, he was named the leader of the sixth school-level discipline of Tianjin No. 2 Middle School; in May 2016, the self-made teaching tool "Centrifugal Phenomenon Demonstrator" won the second prize in the "2016 Tianjin Excellent Self-made Teaching Aids Exhibition and Evaluation Activity"; in 2020, he was identified as the backbone teacher of physics in Hebei District.
Zhu Feng adheres to the frontline of education and teaching, actively learns advanced educational concepts, and is good at innovating management methods in his work. In the preparation process of the 2019 senior high school, as the leader of the grade group, he formulated the specific implementation strategy of accurate analysis, accurate management, accurate teaching, and accurate help, and finally, the 2019 senior high school he led created good results in the college entrance examination, which was widely recognized and praised by education colleagues and society. Since June 2019, Zhu Feng has fully presided over the work of the Academic Affairs Office of the High School, he has strong coordination ability, united colleagues, and led all the teachers of the Academic Affairs Office to effectively serve and guide the majority of teachers and students. Especially in the context of the current new curriculum reform, he combined with the actual situation of the school and cooperated with the school leaders to formulate a course selection plan that conformed to different grades, which was scientific and reasonable, with remarkable results, and was unanimously recognized by leaders, colleagues, students and parents.
Zhu Feng said that although some achievements have been made in the fourteen years of work, but it is still far from an excellent teacher, he will continue to reflect, research, improve, do not forget the original intention of education, keep in mind the mission of Lide Tree, and contribute his own modest efforts to the people's education cause!
