According to the plot situation, Zhongtai Design divided the project into east and west provinces, and after many rounds of deliberation, the final business format of the west house was determined to be a duplex residential and courtyard villa, and the east house was a high-rise, duplex bungalow and a flat-rise bungalow. Diversified product combinations not only meet the characteristics of the land, but also maximize the value of the land; a variety of building products, but also show an elegant and chic human habitation.

The demonstration area inherits the Chinese architectural form system, extracts elements from traditional architectural elements, enriches architectural form and expression, borrows Chinese rhymes, inherits ancient culture, and translates them into works that conform to contemporary aesthetics. The interior of the space reflects the surrounding good landscape into the interior, and through part of the gray space, the indoor and outdoor organic combination, the mottled paving of the ground echoes with the shadow of the trees, rendering mysterious and quiet.

The choice of materials became the focus of the project's later stages, and how to present a perfect effect without sacrificing quality was also the core of the design team's further exploration.
After repeated deliberation and comparison, under dozens of rounds of communication with Party A, it was constantly overturned and repeated, and finally the façade material of the courtyard was selected from pure imported Portuguese beige stone, with the new material German-Italian stone and the finely carved metal profile. The façade is dominated by horizontal lines, and the material highlights the sense of volume, from the texture to the details, and the ultimate oriental beauty is implied in every detail of the building.
