The film is a Romanian documentary directed by Alexander Nenevu. On the evening of October 30, 2015, Koletsev, a famous nightclub in Bucharest, Romania, was hosting a band album launch when fireworks on the stage set off a fire, and in less than a minute, the entire club was filled with poisonous smoke. There were more than 400 people, mostly young people, and this famous nightclub had only one exit and no escape route. The fire killed 27 young people on the spot and injured 180 others.
