Musk is completely "severing ties" with California??

Thanks to Tesla CEO Elon Musk. Elon Musk decided to move Tesla's headquarters from Palo Alto to Austin, Texas. So Musk decided to put the mansion in hillsborough town on sale at a reduced price of $5.51 million.
Built in 1912, the 16,000-square-foot mansion in Hillsboro, the Bay Area's regal district, is decorated with period features and many high-tech ancillary amenities.
Musk, a freak in the tech world, is also the founder of space delivery company SpaceX. He sold it for $37.5 million in June, and the building has now been reduced by $5.51 million to $31.99 million as Tesla's headquarters moved out of the Bay Area.
Located on San Francisco Bay, the residence covers a total of 47 acres and is beautifully landscaped with 7 bedrooms, 10 washrooms and views.
Musk owns the building, which was built in 1912 and has a 16,000-square-foot building, with doors and windows that have been renovated to retain the characteristics of the construction period. It is complemented by modern high-tech facilities, including a wall that can be hydraulically removed to integrate the restaurant and music room when needed, and an in-house sound system with fiber optics buried under the garage.
The villa also has a separate 2-bedroom ensuite, as well as a swimming pool, courtyard and walking trails.
Public records show that Musk spent $23.4 million on the villa in 2017.
