In the main track of higher education in this year's finals, a total of 57 gold medals for Chinese mainland projects, 5 gold awards for projects in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan in China and 40 gold awards for international projects (excluding resurrection) were produced.

This year, for the first time, the original international circuit was merged into the main track of higher education, and the three international teams that advanced to the championship competition also participated in the "online" stage.

In response to the impact of the epidemic on the competition, South China University of Technology launched a digital platform for the competition to conduct online live broadcasting. The three international project teams shortlisted for the championship competition all used online participation methods and video conferencing software to achieve online simultaneous interpretation, reflecting the new paradigm of holding international competitions under the epidemic. In the end, the "Mohang Jetpack" from Moscow University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, the "Robotic Dental Surgery Assistance System" of the Technical University of Munich, and the "Intellectual Care" of Carnegie Mellon University won the third place.

Yesterday, the "CCB Cup" 6th China International "Internet +" College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition sub-activity - "Smart Investment Future" Resource Matchmaking Conference was held at South China University of Technology.
