The project was designed to blur the boundaries of the apartments and introduce the cityscape into the interior in a dramatic way. After renovations and expansions, the apartment space is no longer limited by the physical layout, as the urban space around the building has become part of itself. The newly added glass façade guarantees comfort in the indoor climate while extending the living experience beyond the apartments.

The architectural design makes clever use of the roof structure that overrides all the surrounding buildings, giving the apartments an excellent panoramic view of the city. The project has revised the building on the basis of the last reconstruction, clarifying all the details between the external elements, especially the large area of glass at the top of the tower – now a spectacular view is visible from all the windows and the number of divisions of each piece of glass is reduced as much as possible.

The apartment space is mainly divided into private areas and social areas. The steel partitions surrounding the elevator and the entrance staircase create functional spaces with different realities and virtuals, and hide all the private rooms. The curved entrance area and the endless free spaces inside the tower create a unique tension that gives dynamic rhythm to the entire apartment.

The curved entrance area is known as the "porch harbour", which is enclosed by a steel wall, and its interior hides wardrobes, shoe cabinets and doors leading to all private spaces. From here, the living space of the apartment will be gradually presented in a dramatic way.

Suspended steel staircases sculpturally penetrate the oval openings in the ceiling, forming the dominant elements of the two-story living space. There is a plastic mezzanine between the staircase and the slab, which can be used to store books.

The kitchen continues the undulating shape of the entrance partition, consisting of a solid north face and a "floating" kitchen island. The coherent walls create a complete composition between the two floors, "flowing" from the kitchen to the living space with dining tables and sofas below.

While the space of the apartment is open to the outside, its privacy can be changed by movable partitions or curtains. The main partition smoothly passes through the apartment, creating a private world hidden from the visitor's sight behind it. The private area contains several separate living areas (master bedroom and children's room), each connected in different ways to the cityscape. At the same time, the parents' and children's rooms are also distinguished by partitions, with the master bedroom containing a separate bathroom and walk-in closet.

Wooden terraces connect the interior spaces with the garden. Above the terrace there is a retractable awning that is combined with the façade. The garden space surrounds a central hill above the elevator shaft and can be used for intensive greening with deeper basements (e.g. self-sown birch trees).
