The meeting elected the first party committee member and discipline inspection committee member of Shangshang Company.

At the meeting, Xie Xiaoyu, chief engineer of Jiaoshui Construction Group, secretary of the party committee and chairman of Shangshang Company, made a work report entitled "Strengthen the original mission, forge ahead, and comprehensively open up a new situation of high-quality transformation and development of Shangshang", summarizing and reviewing the work and achievements since the company's reform and reorganization. Yue Zhaohui, deputy secretary of the company's party committee and secretary of the discipline inspection commission, made a report on the work of the discipline inspection committee entitled "Faithfully and conscientiously performing duties, focusing on rectifying the work style and suppressing discipline, and unswervingly promoting the comprehensive and strict management of the party to develop in depth."

For more than three years, Shangshang Company has faced many difficulties, walked firmly, sought survival in the crisis, and sought development in the predicament. Since the reform and reorganization, the three core indicators have climbed year after year, in 2019, the amount of business contracts undertaken was 3.815 billion yuan, the main business income was 2.6 billion yuan, and the profit was 50.89 million yuan. The scale of operation and market share continued to expand, and on the basis of deep ploughing the provincial market, we have striven to open up 8 markets outside the province such as Jilin, Henan and Guangdong, especially the municipal business has been 86% from the beginning, and the dominant position of "municipal construction" within the group has been more consolidated. The report proposes that in the next five years, Shangshang Company will strive to become a municipal special construction enterprise with revenue exceeding 5 billion yuan, municipal accounting for more than 80% and more than 1,000 employees by the end of the "14th Five-Year Plan".

The congress unanimously adopted two work reports and a "Report on the Collection and Use of Party Fees and the Revenue and Expenditure of Party Organization Work Funds."

The meeting elected Xie Xiaoyu, Liu Yunfu, Yue Zhaohui, Li Wenyi, Cao Xiaoling, Zhou Guangyu, Tang Jin, Luo Wei and Xiao Zehong as members of the first party committee of the company, and Yue Zhaohui, Wu Gang, Liu Jihong, Yan Yunyang and Dai Laxian as members of the first discipline inspection committee of the company.
