After retiring from the army, I read more books, which also made me feel a lot different and helped me grow. Books have a lot of truths about being a person, and through reading books, they will improve themselves.
During this time of stopping, I will think about how to do something for Chinese football, hoping to help Chinese football through my own strength, and many people also need help.
◆ Why did you open a company to do youth training later? Are you aware of the importance of youth training to Chinese football?
I think the most lacking in youth training is the grassroots coaches, and my resources in this area can help them. In addition, our company also pays attention to community events, sports events and amateur football matches, including sports health and safety, and now there are many people involved in sports, and we are concerned about the safety of these children.
Therefore, our company does not specialize in youth training, but also for campus football teacher training. Mainly because I have more contact with campus football, I found that the training of campus football youth teachers is still relatively poor, and we want to give these coaches some support and some help through various resources.
If school football is really popular, it is still up to these grassroots coaches to stimulate the children's desire to play football, so that the popularity can be higher. In addition, in the selection of materials, it is also necessary to improve, and to improve the level of children, it is still necessary to rely on grass-roots coaches, which will be of great help to our entire football career.

Wu Chengying: After doing football for all these years, I think that the penetration rate of football on campus needs to be changed, that is, I hope that grassroots sports can be carried out, so that the selection of materials is relatively wide.
◆Did you watch the Japan-South Korea match at the World Youth Championships? I have to admit that although in the AFC Champions League, Chinese Super League teams can beat Korean and Japanese teams, there is still a gap in the national brand, especially in youth training, how big do you think the gap is?
For many years, we need time to make a difference. Current training methods, perspectives and philosophies must change or it will be difficult, and it will be difficult to expect the training methods of 30 years ago to catch up with them. They have accumulation, we need to learn, to experience, only in this way, can we catch up with them.
In addition, our overall training method and overall football philosophy, very old-fashioned, very traditional, Europe, Japan and South Korea and us are very different, we can not make cars behind closed doors, China likes football a lot of people, but need the right model. I hope to do a good job in youth training, and after 10 to 20 years, Chinese football will definitely get better and better.

I'm still more approachable, and I don't know why they don't want to approach me. Yes, now they are all top-notch, and now some of them are worth more than Europe, and we were all second- and third-rate in Europe at that time. This will make it easier for Chinese Super League teams to play the AFC Champions League, and we have a gap with Japan and South Korea at that time.
◆ You now have three daughters, can you talk about your parenting experience?
